We really enjoy oriental food and on our recent 2 visits to Cononado from the Boston area we ate here and it was very good

The sauces lacked spice and flavor, but the dishes were edible and not unreasonably expensive. Service was pleasant and my drink was good.

Wife had made reservations a highly regarded restaurant; when we got there it was to damn noisy. Thanked them and walked out. On way back to inn we passed the Bistro looked over the menu and decided to try it. Oh happy day! Dinner was excellent in both food and service. I noticed that several table had multiple couples who... More

Kirin on tap for $4 and some good sushi rolls for about $8. Happy hour selections that I had were Spicy Scallop roll, spicy tuna roll and the sunset roll which is a California Roll with Salmon on top. Good sized portions and each was about $8. I also had fried Calamari which was fresh. Nice ambiance and friendly staff.

Fancied a change so ate here, food nicely presented and tasty, only fault was that we were still eating our starters when main course arrived. Waiter also made a point of telling us that gratuity not included, kind of spoiled it a bit but would recommend for a change.

My husband and I had an urge for Chinese food and, with limited options on Coronado, we decided to ignore the mixed reviews and give this restaurant a try. We were seated at a great window table overlooking Orange Ave. The steamed pot stickers were good but the other two dishes we ordered were terrible. the orange peel chicken was... More

Although this is not the top of the line for Chinese, Thai and/or sushi, it is, nevertheless, satisfying in both quality and quantity. My Chow Fun with beef and broccoli had a mild sauce that didn't overwhelm the dish. My wife had Chicken Curry, one of her favorites here, and declared it very good and spiced just right. The appetizer... More

Our server as William . We were warmed greeted and seated right away . We had spring rolls as an appetizer, which were excellent, quite crisp and lovely. We shared pork fried rice, beef and broccoli and orange chicken. There was more than enough for us and we took away a goodly amount as well.

This place always seems a bit quiet...when it should be buzzing. I am convinced that prospective diners don't know what they are missing. The menu offers a wide variety of choices in terms of taste and preparation....even vegetarians will find a great meal here! The staff is competent, helpful and friendly: always willing to accomodate any request. The owner is... More

Average but good Chinese food. It is the only Chinese restaurant on the Island so has a niche no matter how basic the food. Seems expensive too.
