Was staying at a friend’s place downtown and found this place. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but was pleasantly surprised. Had the omelette and was very good. Wife had a wrap which she enjoyed. Different coffees available. Clean place. No frills good food...and friendly service.More

On my 2nd visit and 1st of 2019, I tried out their lunch offerings this time. I went with the hot pastrami w melted Provolone cheese sandwich(it also had avocado & jalapeno peppers giving it a nice kick). The sandwich melted in mouth was packed...with delicious pastrami and cheese. The result was the best pastrami melt since I've been back in California from Europe. My cream of corn soup and Cobb salad were also outstanding. Bonus points for a great selection of coffee on tap in the dining room. So these folks excel at both breakfast & lunch at very reasonable prices for the very high quality and deliciousness. They close at 2:30pm so they specialize in brekky and lunch, not dinner. Service is very professional and my food was at my table in under 15 minutes. 7 Cafe ranks as one of the best for breakfast, lunch in California.More

We were there at 9:00 AM on a Sunday morning. We were the first people there. We are assuming they were experiencing some problems in the kitchen because it took over 30 minutes for us to get our food. It appeared to take even longer...for other patrons. I will say that their personnel was as friendly and helpful as they could be. Overall, the food was adequate but I'm not sure I'll go back.More

Nice spot for breakfast around the area. They have lots of good options to choose from like sandwiches to wraps to pancakes! This is one of those places where you're supposed to go to the counter to place your order and pay for it and...the server then brings the food to your table! Their wraps and sandwiches come with a side of fries or pesto pasta! They're flexible on making substitutions/additions of ingredients to suit your taste!! The food tasted good, veggies seemed to be fresh and they had food coffee to start your day with! I would totally recommend this place to everyone!More

Good, solid breakfast options. Pancakes were good, impressed that our butter was warmed. Eggs were good. Bacon was thin but serviceable.

We ordered from Uber eats and the food was good which really says something about it.,I can imagine it’s great freshly from the kitchen. The pancakes and eggs were good but the tots were great!

Tried this small breakfast/lunch restaurant for a good breakfast. To our surprise, the food was outstanding. The meat omelet was just filled with meat and a few slices of bacon on top. The egg was cooked perfectly. The coffee choices were many and even cappuccino...or espresso. If staying near by the various hotels, give it a a try.More

Family operated VERY FRIENDLY and "service oriented" - fabulous food - My wife and I walked 3 blocks for a light Breakfast in Downtown area...and stumbled into this little Cafe-I ordered a veggie omelet which was terrific and the tater tots were best of anywhere...ever and I do not usually eat them. My wife LOVED her bagel which came with fresh fruit. I can only imagine what Lunch Menu is like.More

Our party of three had lunch there recently at this small sandwich shop. Our orders: Branini sandwich, pastrami sandwich and a chicken Caesar salad. Thumbs up for all. We stumbled upon this place trying to find a good, healthy and cheaper alternative to our breakfast at The Declan Suites hotel. This place is just a block away from the hotel and thank goodness it was! Every single thing we had there was amazing....The lax sandwich with sprouts was delicious and filling, the egg white bagel sandwich was to die for and they had good coffee to boot. This is a family-owned place and you can really see the care put in. We visited 6 months prior to writing this review, but had to submit it, since this place truly deserves it.More
