COVID Safety - great job of masking up and distance. Huge line at 8 am but the team did a great job. Also helps to have mellow peeps albeit hungry! Food - the choices are phenomenal which makes you want to come back multiple time...since there are too many choices on a ah gel visit. Bacon Maple Pancake trio with eggs, sausage and potato - seriously delicious and a to. Of food Southwest brisket hash - OMG this is to die for it is so good. If you like brisket then do not hesitate just order it. Cocktail - for you Bloody Mary fans definitely check out Pickle Mary. Delicious Mary with a ginormous pickle as well. Incredibly well balanced. If you see my other Mary reviews you know I'm on the constant hunt for the Best Mary and this ranks right up there if not my new number one. Service -excellent. Our server - Michelle - did a great job. Service makes a restaurant so take care of your server! Parking - rough is all I will say. Small lot with even smaller slots. Small cars cool. Keep your truck and large vehicles at home. Street parking available but you might need to circle for awhile. Place is very popular so come early to get parking. Cost - $65 for two before tip so ... stop eating out for a day or two. Curb your online shopping. Go hungry for a day but save that money and get your butt down here. You might wait, it might hurt think of spending for a meal but it is so worth it. Overall - one of the best places I have visited. Unfortunately they temporarily closed the day we visited due to the virus outbreak and the CA mandate to do so. We tried the turkey burger and the key lime pie and they were memorable. Look forward to a return visit asap.

Daughter recommended for breakfast. Long wait but we went over to the tail gate market while we waited on a Sunday. The food was superb...bring a heft appetite!

We took our visitor for Restaurant Week lunch...every bite was delicious. Kale/quinoa salad has so many good things in it (please cut the kale smaller) and French dip sandwich with crispy onion rings was perfect! Tiny cherry pie desserts were the perfect ending and delicious....All that food means the place is crazy busy so all servers are operating at max speed and it can take awhile to get your next need accommodated (not the server's fault). For the third visit now, our bill was presented and desserts forgotten. Really, this has happened on 3 occasions with totally different servers...hmmm...when asked for, it takes awhile to get them but desserts eventually arrived and were delicious. I'm a dessert girl; I won't ever forget to ask for that course:)More

We had a quick dinner here with friends on a recent vacation. Eclectic mix of items and they offer a good brunch. Casual setting. I loved the deviled eggs and classic wedge as starters and the Shepard's Pie entree. Maple Bacon donuts are to die...for!More

Arrived around 11am for brunch. We were seated immediately and the restaurant was partially full. To start we ordered coffee along with an order of Beignets. We waited a bit as I imagine the beignets are fried up when requested. When the order arrived the...beignets looked delicious as they were stacked nicely. We both expected a bit more of a show for the final preparation but the server popped them into a paper bag that had sugar, shook the bag and placed the beignets back into the serving dish. The beignets were fresh and light. Lemon curd on the side for dipping was tasty. Our breakfast was the Chilaquiles plate. Very large, enough for the both of us and some to take home. Fresh crisp corn tortillas, delicious chorizo topping, onion, cilantro, avocado , eggs and sour cream. We've eaten chilaquiles in many restaurants and even make our own at home. These were pretty good. It is a substantial dish. We plan to return but this time will try something else on the menu, maybe a sandwich.More
