Good food, resort prices, very friendly staff. Only 4 stars due to service tends to be slow. Cheeseburger is not on the menu, I saw another table had one is how I found out...it was yummy!

On the water, with extensive outside seating. View of the marina and the Bay, with waterfall and fish swimming near. Good family food and a nice bar.

One of our favorite Go To restaurants on Mission Bay. We feel like we are at a resort on vacation. Casual outdoor seating. All the food is great. Salads, sandwich, burgers, calamari . Looking forward to going back !

I spent happy hours here. They have $5 drinks and appetizers. The food was okay, but not great. I did notice the fish and chips were whole fishes, fried. interesting. Drinks were strong, and the place is open late.

This is a beautiful location at the resort but it is overpriced. I would have loved to have plain eggs benedict but they only had eggs benedict with either grilled pork belly, short ribs or smoked salmon I was disappointed.

this was where we ate most often for good breakfasts, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. Great sites of the bay. Music a bit too loud in a small area to try and hold a conversation. Drinks expensive and below average.

My friends and I always enjoy having lunch at the Barefoot Grill after hiking in the Bay area. Service is outside, surrounded by greenery, adjacent to the bay, and you feel like you have gone to Hawaii or the Caribbean. The menu and presentation seems to change from one visit to the next, and yesterday, we felt the food was... More

We enjoyed happy hour here several times. The view is great. If you have kids make sure to buy some fish food at the onsite market to feed the fish nearby.

While only spending a couple days in San Diego, we ended up having three meals at the Barefoot Grill & Bar (and a few drinks!). The service is outstanding and the food is amazing. The menu offers something for about anyone. If you are there for breakfast, they've got you covered from healthy to decadent! The fruit is fresh and... More

A few 12 friends and I dined at this grill last weekend and enjoyed it very much. You can rent a pontoon boat beside it.
