Located under the Marriott facing the marina. Have a nice view of the marina, but that is about it. Nice outdoor seating area. Food was very good, as you would expect for a Roy's and for the price. The service was outstanding! Cameron was attentive and on the spot when needed. I think the best thing about Roy's are the... More

The drinks and the lobster bisque were fantastic. All the entrees were quite good, but small. I had soup, an appetizer and the shellfish sampler and would have still been hungry if I hadn't had desserts. Definitely expensive for the portion sizes.

This is a very good restaurant, they also have one in Maui, Palm Desert area, Newport Beach. We usually eat here once a year when we come to the area. Outstanding fish restaurant, good drinks, good wine list.

This restaurant says that it's Hawaiian Fusion... Well, I found it to be more fusion than Hawaiian..... None of the entrees had any Hawaiian involved.... Appetizers had some "local flair" at best. The food quality was quite nice and the wait staff was VERY attentive and polite. Too bad the food was just so-so.

Tried Roy's one night as heard the seafood / sushi was the best in the area. We found the food OK but very expensive.

Came her for my birthday and treated as a Queen. My boyfriend said he didn't even care for sushi but loved the kobe meat on sushi choice. It is there specialty and not to be missed. We tried to get it in Hawaii and it wasn't on menu so we didn't go there - yes, it's that good!! The Waterfront... More

Dropped in for an early dinner while waiting to take a flight. Short drive from the airport. Did not disappoint. Food was phenomenal, service was great. As with most Roy's, it's not a bargain, but you definitely feel you still get value for what you paid for. Valet parking and arrangement through the Marriott was also very straightforward and they... Great service, our waitress was extremely nice, patient and polite. The food was delicious! Wine was excellent. If you are staying in downtown San Diego you can walk around the Marina area along the water and there are little shopping areas and restaurants. We picked Roys for the good reviews on Trip Advisor and... sure enough had a very nice... More

Everything just seemed to go wrong. to start off, my bf ordered the calamari and I had the potstickers w/ extra sauce on the side. For the entree he ordered the mahi and I said I'll have the same. The calamari arrived but it was all soggy since it was drowned in sauce. He asked the server if he could... More

Roy's cooking style of Hawaiian Fusion is one of our favorites. My wife and I have visited many different Roy's restaurants. This is one of the nicest locations with indoor and outdoor dining overseeing a marina, the bay, North Island, and the Coronado Bridge. The service was great and the food was excellent. The wine list has many great choices... More
