Great Happy Hour, No Wait

My co workers and I,last minute decided to get some Mexican food in the downtown area on a busy Thursday night but did not have to wait for a seat around 9pm. The hostess and our server were great and very informative with the menu. When you are seated you get complimentary fritters (basically... read more

We left most of our food at La Puerta and went next door to this bar. It was not much better. More food directed to bland huge quantities that satisfy drunks. The bartender was friendly and he struggled to make us a decent Marg. But we ended up settling for pizza at Gas Light a couple blocks away.

While on a business trip to the area, a group of us headed into the Gas Lamp District on a Wednesday evening in search of an interesting place for dinner. We did not have a specific place picked and were just looking for something that looked and sounded interesting. We decided to narrow our search to Mexican or southwest fare... More

Ate here last night with a group of 5, service was great, always there at the right time with drinks and food. All food was cooked just right and lots of it. Would recommend for a good meal and value in the Gaslamp.

We went twice while in San Diego. Enjoyed the tacos and excellent service for a good price. The fresh guacamole was excellent. The Gas Lamp district is fun and this is a fun place to visit.

Food okay, good location. WiFi was not working but usually it did said the hostess. She was kind enough to let us look at the menu and then look up before trying to seat us. That is a big plus. Over eagerly people at the door means I keep walking.

Fantastic coconut shrimp on happy hour! I was in San Diego for one week and visited two times for this appetizer! The house Sangria is very good as well. Valerie our server was sweet, cute and funny. Bud Lite for $2.00 a pint isn't bad as well.

A restaurant is about food and people. Las Hadas scores and A+ on both. We live in and love downtown San Diego because of places like this.
