This place serves up a tasty burger and fries, nice shake. Cheaper than McDonald's and no pink slime! Just real food. You can order at the window or go inside..not fancy...just a little diner...plain. But staff is nice and the place is clean. There are toys for the kids outside and benches for waiting for your food to go. A... More

We've been here twice for lunch. Both times we were pleasantly surprised with the choices and food quality and the service. Your tea glass never goes empty. They have typical American diner fare, burgers, chicken friend steaks, grilled chicken sandwiches, salads, beans and cornbread, black eyed peas, mashed potatoes and gravy etc. They have a special daily. I have not... More

I have drove by this place a hundred times before trying it. I was very happy with the food great flavor and fast service. It was like the old quick burger places of the 80's.

This is a great family owned restaurant just a few miles out from Harrison, AR. Well known for blue plate specials such as chicken fried steak, meat loaf, chicken and dressing or a Salisbury steak with 2 veggie sides. The specials are also served with Texas toast or corn bread. The next best thing on the menu is the hi... More

This is such a homey place. The staff is charming. They have some cute signs up, too. They have a pretty full menu, but we were looking for ice cream. They only have vanilla soft serve, but they do many wonderful things with it. We recommend Daisy Queen.

Tasty home-cooked type meals. Ours was great except that they ran out of dinner rolls, which apparently are yummy. We may never know about the rolls depending on whether we get back there or not. They substituted Texas toast and it was good, too. Brewed tea was good. Lots of cars in parking lot was our clue to good food... More

Judging by the building, location and amount of traffic... one would believe you would step in and enjoy some great "home-style" cooking. Not even close. We had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn... the mashed potatoes were not real and the corn was some weird sweet cream corn stuff. The cornbread did not look, smell or... I had a hamburger and fries at Daisy Queen yesterday, and they were delicious! This restaurant has been in business since 1969, and I have been eating there since 1992, when I first moved to Arkansas. The food quality has always been great. Their Special Plate lunches remind me of eating at my Grandma's house when I was young. Daisy... More

We stopped our first day in Marshall to get a shake. After liking the shakes we got so much, we decided to go back the next day to get hamburgers and a shake. The hamburgers are really good, but the shakes are awesome. I got chocolate and my husband got cherry. This is a very busy place so if you... More
