This place is amazing! Stopped in here at 11:40am by 11:53 PACKED!!! I say that to encourage you to get here a little bit before the noon lunch hour. Take not that if you get here a little late there may not be a place to sit and eat. The food is amazing and the prices are average to the... More

Looking for some awesome seafood to eat or take home to cook! Try Yankee Lobster Fish Market The processing facility is most of the building, with a very small amount of tables. However, if you don't want to worry about how you dress.( no one will judge you here) Great service, some of the finest seafood in Boston, fair prices,... More

See the pic with the lobster above? Yup, that's exactly what you get...you don't come from the atmosphere (there is none)..you come for the FOOD...and it comes QUICKLY too, which is great because there aren't that many tables. Great thing is that Legal Harbourside is right down the road..and you can make fun of them spending way too much on... More

This restaurant is a quarter of a mile down the road from the pricier seafood places such as Legal Harborside. The food was just as good and much cheaper. It's a lobster market with a small dining area. No atmosphere but great food and very nice employees. If you are staying in the area, walk down the road and check... More

Coming from California, this was definitely on our itinerary ever since we saw it on Food Network's Diners, Driive-Ins and Dives. We try to pick one Triple D restaurant to visit in every state. On Triple D and on the website it is called "Yankee Lobster Company," but it is also known as Yankee Lobster Fish Market. We arrived between... More

I was our birthday (me and my wife). Found in Triple D and we were no disappointed. Had the seafood platter, shrimp salad, crab cakes and lobster roll. Everything was fresh and good. Even had soup (chowder and bisk) to go. Would definitely come back.

We did some research and had read it would be worth a visit so we came before leaving Boston. My boyfriend had the Lobster roll and clam chowder and liked both very much. My order came a couple of minutes later than his and although we did not mind they gave us another soup order. I just started eating and... More

One of the best seafood joints in all Boston seafront. Extremely basic interior and seating. Usually you'll be queuing for 10-15 minutes to order. Minimalistic food presentation, fair prices and its hell-tasty. Worth a visit

Went here with friends, craving sea food that was fresh! They delivered! The calimari was the most tender we've ever had, lobster was sweet and tender, seared scallops were excellent, it's not cheap but you'll pay more for less at a chain store or fancy restaurant, place is small, 6 tables or so.prices were on par with any seafood shop but... Neighborhood Profile
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
