we had dinner here before symphony. all the food we ordered was very tasty and freshly cooked. servings were great. service a bit uneven, but everything did come out. take reservations which we like before a concert
Stopped by for a quick lunch 13 Feb 2020, only one other customer at the time. Greeter/server acknowledged me and gave me menu, all the time with the phone to her ear. She then disappeared and eventually returned, still with phone to ear.
I went there one evening and had Indian food. The staff was not very welcoming and even though i went at 9.30 pm they said they were closing and they cannot accept me even though their timing was till 10 pm

Very bad customer service. Rude servers. The entire restaurant was empty and after they seated us they told us that they need to move us due to a reservation. Will not recover to anyone. They ruined our dinner.

The restaurant is quite close to Symphony Hall. Perhaps we're not used to Indo-Chinese food, but the meal was a great disappointment. Even dishes we've had elsewhere had different tastes that didn't please us.
