The long wait time may be inconvenient, but well worth the experience. This place is on my list of great restaurants to visit. Amazing food, friendly and attentive service with great ambience. It is a bit noisy, but even that in this place contributed to the atmosphere. This is a place you come for an overall experience not just to... More

Think of a Spanish Tapas bar and visions of sipping chilled Fino and snacking on tiny morsels of delicious inexpensive food may spring to mind. Well you can forget that romantic image when you dine at Toro! This place may be busy and bustling but it certainly isn't a Tapas bar that any European would recognise. The portions are not... More

Overall a good experience. A very busy restaurant , no Reservations, just walk in and take your chances. We were well received seated and served quickly. Wine was superb. Tried a variety of Tapas and sadly several suffered from being overcooked or dry. The good ones were very good.

My wife and I went to Toro recently for lunch while on vacation in Boston. It is small place so be ready to possibly sit with "new" friends on communal type tables. We chose to sit outside which impacted how quick we were served. It was not fast. The weather turned rainy so we moved inside which definitely improved the... More

This is a must! Toro is the best tapas place, period! Every time we go there, we're not disappointed by the food quality, the great selection, the atmosphere. I only wish they could take reservation as the wait is sometimes long.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience at Toros. Tasted skirt steak, fried peppers, empanadas, bone marrow, paella, tuna, corn, Spanish tortilla. All were excellent, especially skirt steak, corn and tuna. Service excellent. Parking an issue though.

Second  visit to Toro. We arrived about 6:45 pm (party of two) and was told that the wait would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes (my fault - should have come earlier!!!). My friend didn't like waiting inside at the bar, so we wandered outside. We were finally seated around 8:10pm. Food: What a pity they... More

We arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night, knowing we would have to wait. The dining room is fairly small and they don't take reservations. After putting our name in for the 1 1/2 wait, we overheard someone else put their name on a list for the bar--so we did the same. We were quoted 45 minutes, but ended up... More

My wife and I went here with a friend who was visiting from out of town.
