Perfect spot for a first date! Also great for friends/birthdays/lunch/dinners… all of the things! My husband and I went there on our first date in 2010, and we are now married with three kids! It’s so romantic and the owner is the kindest person you...could meet. Not to mention, the food is delicious. Also, maybe they should raise the prices? Everything is amazing! 10 stars!More

We visited Orinoco for a colleague's going away lunch. They didn't take reservations but were able to accommodate us immediately since we arrived right when they opened for lunch. Despite our large number, the single waitress was able to serve us very quickly and individual...attention. The food was absolutely incredible and I could not wrap my brain around the price, particularly for a filling Boston lunch. The atmosphere was quaint and everything just perfect! I will be a repeat customer, for sure!!More

One of our neighborhood favorites and a personal favorite as a (mostly) vegetarian. For vegetarians the jardinera arepa and the maracuchitos make a great meal.

I can't believe there aren't more reviews for this place. We went here for the first time and it was incredible. We started with the trio of empanadas and the maracuchitos, delicious cheese wrapped in plantains. We had a part of 5 and most gravitated...towards the arepas. No one was disappointed. The Steak Carrasco was amazing. So tender and blend of great tastes. The desserts were limited but a flan-like custard and a chocolate lave cake put a nice exclamation point on the meal. The value was tremendous. The service was friendly and attentive. I can't recommend this place enough.More

I started with the beef empanada. So flavorful!! Not your average empanada that I regularly get in Miami. My main course was Cordero. Amazing. The salad that came with it was equally good, with some really interesting flavors. The staff and owner are so accommodating...and kind. Highly recommend this place or their other two locations.More

The food tasted great, service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We all enjoyed sharing a few menu items that were new to us - and a few pitchers of mojitos too..

I had arepas here for the first time and I will definitely be back for more! I had the Domino arepa. It was delicious. We ate here on a Saturday night and were seated right away. Friendly, prompt service as well.

This place was recommended by a Venezuelan living in Melbourne and it did not disappoint. We had a trio of Empanadas followed by a tray of mixed meats. Add some beans and spinach sides and a perfect meal is made. Service is wonderful and prices...excellent. If you want authentic Venezuelan definitely come here.More

Oh my goodness, eat here and order anything with their fantastic cheese! Excellent service and food! We loved the Arepas and the Cachapa - it was all wonderful. It was a beautiful day so we enjoyed the small patio out back. This will stay on...my "must return" list when I visit Boston again!More

Visited with my partner for dinner. We were immediately impressed by the variety of exciting and tasty sounding menu options. We noted with pleasure that several of the dishes had afro-latin components (for example, the mahi-mahi was paired with fufu). When our food arrived, we...found that they were well portioned for a single serving and perfectly prepared and seasoned. While contemplating our order, my partner asked about spicy options and they advised us that their dishes are not normally spicy. However, they offered to bring out hot sauce for us. We did so and they proceeded to bring out a huge unlabeled bottle filled with a thick orange sauce marked with flecks of different colored peppers. It appeared to be homemade. My partner used this with her food and opined that this was "THE BEST HOT SAUCE SHE HAS EVER EATEN" -- emphasis and shouting hers. She proceeded to ask if she could buy a bottle. Sadly, she could not, but our server did advise us that sometimes they have smaller bottles they do sell. If you like it hot, and they have them, take advantage!More

Thank you for your visit. We're so glad that you enjoyed your time with us. We do sell the bottles of hot sauce, we might have been out that night. Hope to see you again, soon.

Can't speak for the dining room, but we got carry-out from here and it was delicious. Portions were huge ... we couldn't eat it all ... and the prices were very good. Little bit of a language barrier placing our order, but the food was...definitely worth it!More

Went there for dinner with co-workers. The place is small and it was crowded. They have some outside seating and a window table for solo dinners. Waited about 20 min. Menu is simple and the service was good. Beer and wine only. Food was good...and decently priced.More

There are a couple of Orinoco restaurants here in Boston, but this one is awesome! I've been there many times with friends, and I usually bring friends from out of town there. Everything I've had there has been excellent, not to mention the service is...very warm and the location is on a picturesque corner in a quaint part of town. It's not cheap ($25-30 per person), but it's always worth it.More
