Large beers and a great crowd! The atmosphere was off the charts and I enjoyed our time watching all the people and playing games! The location made this place accessible and it was a blast to stop by. Everyone was friendly. There was no cover charge and we didn't have to wait to get in.

We stopped here for a drink and apps. The chicken parm dippers and nachos were awesome. Our bartender even gave us free Smurfettes.

We visited Boston hoping to get the full local experience. The pour house did not disappoint, good beer, good food and massive TV's with all the local sport.

The Pour House offered good food and drinks at a reasonable price. The menu was creative with unique options for burgers and cheese burgers. There were also quite a few salad and soup options. The atmosphere was ideal for adults or an older family. The service was adequate, but it was not great. My biggest complaint was that this restaurant... More

We usually visit for breakfast but we were nearby late afternoon so we popped in for snacks. We ordered some drinks and appetizers (nachos, wings, beer). Finding a table is always an adventure since there is no hostess and the employees are not helpful in assisting with seating. We had 2 different waitresses but they were able to answer our... More

Very good breakfast. We sat at the bar and after waiting for a while for our food we asked the server to check. They had computer issues and quickly rectified the situation. The blueberry pancake was amazing.

Never before having a breakfast in a Pub atmosphere, we were advised by our hotel doorman that the breakfasts here were excellent. We had an omelets and blueberry pancakes. The service was very good, the coffee plentiful and the food good. It was not what I expected but was a serviceable breakfast at a good price.

Thank Morris G

Staying in Back Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
