One of the starters did not arrive, yet appeared on the bill, which we asked to be removed. We may have been charged for water, as we could not understand as the bill was written in Chinese. I ordered crab meat, which I was looking...forward to, as I love crab. The dish was pak Choi and mushrooms with crab flavoured congee thrown over. Someone commented that it looked like crab soup thrown over vegetables. I thought it was disrespectful to us as customers.More

Went with a group from work and they squoze us in nicely! No idea what we ordered as we had a native speaker with us, but all was good. Salt & Pepper Squid was good, but thickly breaded. Good Chow Fun and other noodle dishes,...too. Peking Ravioli were a bit overcooked.More

Had high hopes that it was going to be good. When we entered, place smelled fishy, there was a strand in the spicy pork and fruit flies around. Corn soup eventually looked like wonton soup. Server was nice so I'll give you another star for...him.More

We were 2 couples, we went there because of its high ratings. We found the food to be horrible. The shrimp in lobster sauce 🍤 were so small you couldn’t find them, the sauce is also a brown sauce not a white one, the chow...fun was tasteless, the crispy 🦆 duck had too much breading, fried rice had no flavor. All in all the food was NOT GOOD AND I DON’t RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.More

Not much too look at, but the food is excellent. Fish taken right from the tank and steamed perfectly. Crispy chicken was great and salted squid, scallops and giant prawns were perfect. This is a small restaurant and very popular with local Asians, which is...always a good sign.More

There were four of us wandering around Chinatown trying to figure out where to eat. A medical doctor, with a medical badge, appeared out of nowhere and guided us to this place. Thank you kind stranger. If only we knew the size of the portions,...we would have ordered a lot less. As it turned out, I was the one to carry the four boxes of food on to the bus back to Cape Cod. The bus smelled like heaven all of the way home. Everything was fabulous. It is hard to find good Asian restaurants on the Cape. My husband was thrilled to see the leftovers. Crab Rangoons to die for. A mountain of fried rice we ordered as a side dish. Beef broccoli loaded with beef. Mark in Notes on your Iphone about this place, in case you are ever in Boston's Chinatown. We were the only non-Asian people in the place. That says it allMore

A wonderful authentic Chinese meal can be had here. They have some wonderful menu options including a Family Combo menu that can be friendly on the wallet. Food comes out fast and hot. Meal is delicious and price is right. They even got a Sanitation...Grade of "A" per the City of Boston. What else can you ask for!! Go try this place.More

When you see lots of locals at a restaurant, it is bound to be good and this was the case at Asian Garden. Huge portions on the entrees and pork fried rice. Reasonable prices. We definitely over-ordered and could have easily gotten by splitting one...entree and an order of fried rice. However, we enjoyed some variety and it was all good. We will be back next trip!More

This is one of the first Chinatown restaurants you'll hit if you walk from the Theater District. It's completely unpretentious and filled with happy Chinese diners, always a good sign. The service was very quick and the food was delicious. I had the Chicken and...Corn Soup and the Crabmeat With Yee Mein Noodles. Everything was served very, very hot, so don't expect to eat a quick meal. But the food was excellent and there were enough Yee Mein Noodles for FOUR meals. It didn't have an overwhelming taste of crab, more like small flakes, but there were tons of mushrooms. I would go back again and again because the menu is so loaded with choices. Not sure I'd try any of the frog dishes, but maybe that's just me.More

...by it’s cover. This place isn’t fancy but it was a special treat for our lunch visit. The food was fresh and flavorful...large portions at very reasonable prices. There are so many dining options in Chinatown. This place is an excellent choice. For a relatively...small place, the menu is packed with something for everyone...including unusual and unique fare. Check out Asian Garden for some dining adventure. Enjoy! 😀😀😀More
