I have been a regular for many years, mostly for take-out. I love the burritos they make. Great service and attitude.

I had a great carnitas burrito here one night for dinner. It was plenty of food and tasted excellent. They asked if I wanted hot sauce and I would suggest all take them up on it as it was not hot at all, but provided additional great flavor. Minor note, they do not accept Amex.

What more could you want in a taco joint? Order at one end. (3 steak tacos for $7) and mosey to the other side while they make them up fresh, stuffed in double corn tortillas, and topped any way you want. Service was good and pleasant, steak was tender with a great charred flavor, and toppings were fresh. It's a... More

Tried both the steak & carnitas quesadillas. They're giant & delicious. Had them with pico & sour cream. They also come with hot sauce (but I opted out) and/or guac for an extra $1. The guac was good, I tried my friends guac & chips.

Good spot for an easy dinner. The food is tasty and four of us are for $36. Be warned: food is spicy if you don't hold the hot sauce.

I'm not sure what they use here for seasoning or how they make their hot sauce so good but I like this place SO much more than any other Mexican place I've ever been to it even tops Chipotle for me which is saying something. They have awesome gluten free options as well which is always a big plus for... More

My wife and I went to a show at the Wilbur Theater that went about 2 hours longer than expected. We had anticipated getting out around 10pm and figured we would still want to go have a sit down dining experience, but by midnight it was just too late and we needed some quick eats before hitting the sack at... I was here with two of my friends for dinner yesterday evening (November 20th, 2015). It was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I ordered shrimp tacos and found that the tortillas had been warmed on a steamer. As a result, the tacos were only modestly warm and moreover, I hated the fact that they were not grilled. My friends also noted... More

I was very excited to try this place after looking at pictures and other reviews. I ordered the two taco dinner plate. To start, the beans had ZERO flavor, no salt or spices, even the rice lacked flavor! I did like that they used corn tortillas, however, the tortillas were just steamed, the chicken was just OK! It was just... More

Just plain, good, not over the top taqueria. Very low key, nothing fancy, just an excellent, affordable burrito spot in boston. And those suckers are huge!

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
