Fantastic breakfast and service!! We both had corned beef and eggs with hollandaise sauce. Coffee was fresh and hot and we vowed to visit next time we visited Boston!

Defenetly cozy and family environment. Great attention and food is great. Be prepared to wait to get in. It’s small ! Many options to choose from.

Four of us ate breakfast here on January 2. It's small. Almost, but not quite, cramped. The food is delicious and old school GOOOD. I had the Western omelet which was packed with veggies/cheese/ham and was nine inches wide, six inches high, and 2 inches...thick. Impressive and tasty. The Hash and eggs were awesome. The Eggs Florentine were perfectly poached but the muffin was a little burned and the tomato was a winter tom. (What R U gonna do? It's January.) The hollandaise sauce on the Florentine was triumphant. Four filling breakfasts and coffee totalled $60 plus tip. Worth every penny. Service was spot on, too. Recommended. Just know that in the winter cold you will feel it when the door opens to allow someone in. (We survived.)More

The best in this part of Boston. Nice people, very good food, prices low. Typical and funny. Food very very good. Try the English Breakfast. And the soup of the day. Also salad is really really rich and fresh. Not many places to sit. It's...better to arrive earlyMore

Fantastic breakfast with superb customer service. The eggs Benedict with capers was fabulous. My husband had the corned beef hash topped with their special “Theo’s hot sauce “ really great. The French toast looked beautiful topped with fresh strawberries and banana slices.

Hands down best breakfast I’ve ever had! The corned beef hash was spectacular. Hubby had the Benedict, which was equally yummy. We had to wait 10 min outside. But it’s worth the wait! Don’t go somewhere else if you have to wait.

Tried an early Saturday morning as a three top. Aftera short wait, they found us some space at the counter. Watched the chef continually do made to order items and to go's. We had meat, veggie and cheese omellets. Everything was hot, delicious and plentiful. It...is a small space that can accommodate about 25 total people but turns over quickly. Enjoy!More

I doubt they have outdoor seating-the restaurant is located on a pretty narrow street with slightly rickety sidewalks, from what I remember
