This is an amazing Bakery. The lemon meringue pie, coconut cream pie, the gluten free cakes and cookies were absolutely delicious. A must for sweet lovers!!

Ordered a birthday cake here that was amazing! Thin cake layers covered in a light mousse. Cake did not disappoint.

This place was right around the corner from my hotel and had one of the most unique and tasty turkey sandwiches I have had. Wish I had one close to home.

Firstly, I can confirm it is busy! However, it is worth the wait. We went here twice and on both occasions picked up some breakfast (their bran muffin with marmalade is outstanding) and sandwiches for later on (these were also terrific, particularly the beef and crispy onion). Definitely comes with my recommendation.

I've been in four two or three times, and it has always satisfied. Be warned - this place is popular, so that at popular times you will have to wait to place your order and may have to hunt for a seat. But the soups and sandwiches are very, very nice. Baked goods are also nice, although to my taste... More

The line never seemed to get any shorter, but when I took a bit of my French Toast é everything was forgotten. Also great was the fresh orange juice, the bread pudding and the roast-turkey sandwich. We're definitely going again in the next few days.

We ate here three times during a five-day trip to Boston, simply because it was so good, so convenient to our hotel, and so affordable. Great espresso drinks, and positively delectable food and pastries. A few things we tried and loved: ginger scones, breakfast pizza, sweet potato sandwich, and double chocolate cookies. Do beware, though: it can be super crowded... More

This place is known for their lunches, but I have been many times for breakfast. Coffee is always good and they have a number of breakfast items that are to die for. Personally love their steel cut oats, and the breakfast sandwich also really tasty. Definitely worth a try

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
