Restaurants near Fenway tend to be loud sports bars (on game days anyway). Woody's is near Berklee College of Music on a quiet side street. They have a lot of design your own pizzas as well as other food. Service was pleasant and the noise level perfect.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have not had a bad experience. Great atmosphere, great draft beers, excellent pizza, world-class wings. By far the most consistent and low-key place in the neighborhood.

Went there with one of my friends for a drink at a rainy night. They have a good choice of wines with reasonable price (about $8 to 10 per glass). We tried the Reisling and it tasted very fresh and crispy. I like the location very much, quietly hidden behind Mass ave. Lovely place to spend a summer night at.

Food was good. Pizza better than burgers. Chop salad was good. Reasonable prices. Good service. Most enjoyable part was excellent play list- Pearl Jam, Zeppelin, Hendrix, Black Crows, Beatles...

Went to Woody's when we were in the area and after reading multiple restaurant reviews. The food was fresh from the chopped salad starter to both of the yummy pizzas. We got the Greek and eggplant pizzas, both were great and flavorful. Looking forward to returning again, glad we tired it!

stopped in after Red Sox game with 7 people. Not very crowded. Service was friendly and accommodating. Had a Jamaican jerk pizza that was great. Second pie with a couple toppings also good but toppings were a little sparse. Pretty big pizzas for the price. Wings were just ok. Good beer selection

A friend (former Boston resident) recommended Woody's and since hubby and I were staying at the Hilton nearby, it was a quick walk. Service was great. Loved the pizza. Tip: Look at the list of pizzas already "calculated" with topping ideas, then check out the multiple topping options and create your own special. I did that and it was cheaper... More

Woody's is a friendly, relaxed place with excellent food. The pizzas are exceptionally good. Everything we ordered was fresh and properly prepared. Portions are generous, great value. It's clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong here.

After exploring Fenway, Boston Commons, and Gardner Museum, wonder over to Woody's. Awesome pizza's and app's - we had the Jamacian Jerk Chicken Pizza, jalapenos & calamari, and cobb salad. Great service - great food!

Thank Heather G

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighborhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
