My wife & I recently had the pleasure of dining at L'Espalier in honor of our 5th anniversary. I now understand why L'Espalier has been so successful for so many years. The passion for putting together an innovative meal celebrating farm to table cuisine is...More

While planning a trip to Boston several months ago, my husband and I were able to get reservations at the Chef's table at L'Espalier....And so, this meal became almost all I could think about for the past two months :) I'm happy to say that...More

The service at L'Espalier is phenomenal! This includes the parking valet, the greeters in the lobby, the wait staff -- everyone. The food was inventive and delicious and included many "freebies" in the form of amuse bouches, cookies, and candy.

We had a wonderful dining experience here. We were nestled into a corner table. Every bite was delicious. Having eaten at L'Espalier many times in both locations, I can only say that the experience remains one of the best in Boston for culinary excellence!

Can't fault the quality of the food, but the portions were skimpy for the price. Cheese course excellent (there is even a separate cheese menu). Desert wines & port horribly overpriced. Service good, but not outstanding.

The food at L'Espalier is beyond reproach. We chose the six course Spring Degustation menu and it was delicious. At $110 per person it's far from inexpensive but for the quality of the food and variety of the dishes it was worth it, even if...More

A fantastic dining experience. I had made reservations months in advance in order to celebrate my daughter's graduate school graduation, so upon arrival, she was greeted by everyone with a 'Congratulations!' Everything from the intensely delicious appetizers through the incomparable cheese plate was perfectly prepared...More

Lovely six course dinner at L'Espalier. Every course was delicious and we choose the 4 part wine pairing with our dinner. The dining room is lovely and we had a table for two by the window. Great service, good vibe, and easy to talk to...More
