Tried their signature pasta with lobster and shrimp. Sauce tasted like tomato puree, pasta was not worth eating. But expensive.

We were attracted to Ristorante Fiore due to its many open air dining possibilities. They have a separate patio area as well as practically on the street dining when they open the windows, in the main dining room. We were lucky enough to get a table at one of the "opened window" locations inside. Our wine (a Valpolicella) was very... More

Home made pastas and the antipasti is wonderful! We dined by the open window and watched the neighborhood happenings.

In the north end of Boston. Surrounded by at least a dozen or more other Italian restaurants. Food was good. Not great. Prices weren't bad. Nothing really exceptional.

We dined here early on a Friday evening. My Cavatelli con Rapini e Salsiccia was perfection. My husband ordered their house special, Bombolottial al Forno which was presented well. I thought that the sauce was just ok. Our friends had the spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parmigiana which they enjoyed. The cannolli was tasty but didn't compare to the ones... More

Eggplant Parmesan was a 5! Unfortunately, the rating was reduced due to very poor service and Burrata con Pomodori was sub par..... The mozzarella was amazing but the tomatoes were bland and green in the middle.

We went on the roof deck in hopes of having a better view of the Black Hawk helicopters flying all over the seaport area. The deck is nice, nothing special though but I commend the business for utilizing the existing space and making a pretty cool place to sit outside. Food is always good and the pizza is always amazing.... More

Visited the roof deck over the weekend. Nothing special, remembered it as far better. 4 margaritas, $64 plus tip and they were not large. I felt robbed.

The roof area is very nice on a summer/fall evening. It gets crowded and I've had issues with the quality of the food in the past. Maybe it just was a bad day in the kitchen? The roof is so nice that I'll it another shot in the near future.

Thank Dutetre

Staying in North End

Neighborhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
