Don't be fooled by the glitz and glamour of Pizzeria Regina, ERNESTO'S is the best pizza in Boston. The toppings are endless, the slices are humongous, and it's truly a hidden local favorite. I even hesitate to post a review so I can keep them to myself! They have two locations, if you have a choice, opt for the North... More

The restaurant is extremely small, but the idea is to grab a big slice (1/4 of a of pizza), eat and go. They have a nice variety with meat, veggie or/and chicken. They're really fast - the pizzas are ready, they just warm it up - but the quality is still great. Everytime I am at North End I gotta... More

Absolutely enormous slices for only $4-6. It's a quarter of a pizza! Generous amounts of toppings. Lots of beer choices and decent wine in very full plastic cups for only $5. Some of the best pizza we've ever had anywhere. When you order a whole pizza (and it's not reheated) it will be the best pizza you've had in your... More

While staying in the North End, I wanted to choose a pizza place and an authentic Italian restaurant during my trip. I chose Ernesto's for my pizza. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and a caesar salad. One piece of pizza is HUGE. I have had a similar style of pizza in Chicago and it was more tasty, but this... More

Were returning to Boston and needed one last pizza fix. My husband found this place. Beware - when you get a "slice" of pizza it is almost 1/4 of a pizza. Great selection of pizzas by the slice. Crust was perfect. I had a white pizza and my husband had pepperoni. And the value cannot be beat. Great gem in... More

Ernesto's is a little pizza place on Salem Street, that was hopping with business. Small but orderly. Best slice, well really 1/4 of a pie I have had in a very long time. The Chicken, Bacon, Ranch pizza was fabulous. Highly recommend Ernesto's!!

Great pizza . between 4 and 6 $ you get a quarter pizza. Delicious pizza . we had it just after a Celtics game . it was packed . so it's a good sign I guess

What a great find for our hungry teenage sons in Little Italy! Generous, tasty slices for the price. Hit the spot after walking the Freedom Trail. We hope to be back!

Great Pizza at a great price. Small eating area, but very clean. Several different things to choose from, but the pizza is the best.

This shop recieved a 5 star review because it served very good quality pizza for a reasonable price. One slice at this place is a quarter of a pizza, so the portions are very generous. This place is perfect to grab a bite to eat if you are alone or in a group. Definitely not a dining experience but a... More

Staying in North End

Neighborhood Profile
North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground. Take a rest in a cafe on Hanover street and observe the quirky, European character of the North End.
