My husband and I recently had dinner at Bricco. a restaurant we discovered on a previous trip and which quickly became our favorite place to dine in the city. As always, the food was amazing, and the service excellent. But what made the evening overall...was the staff, in particular, our server Joel. Pleasant and polite, Joel was knowledgeable about the menu, answered our questions and was attentive but not “helicoptering” through the evening (as we had experienced the next evening in another spot). He and the others, including the manager, Paige, made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food is always wonderful, but it’s the whole package, including the people and the ambience, which makes a dining experience memorable. There is nothing better than enjoying a meal and being treated like family by someone we just met. We have already recommended it to our family and friends and just want others to know what a great place Bricco is, not only for the food but also because of the people who work so hard to make one feel special yet do it so seamlessly. Thank you Bricco and all of your wonderful staff, can’t wait to see you all again.More

Best steak and truffle farfalle we tried in this city. Marcel and Courtney made our visits worth it.

Being a life long resident of the Boston area I do frequent the North End on a regular basis. This was my first time eating at Bricco and it will not be the last. I was in the mood for a steak and some pasta,...our server Patty recommended the Cowboy ribeye and the Pappardelle. The meal was incredible! My friend had the Veal Ossobuco and his meal was outstanding! Patty did an outstanding job in food recommendations and did a fabulous job as our server!More

The outside of the building displays a plaque describing the restaurant as 5-Star and it absolutely deserves that. After causal banter with our server Emilio he offered to create a multi-course meal experience and we took him up on that. We were absolutely blown away...by each dish and drink Emilio chose, along with his knowledge of each dish, drink, and how the pairing worked together. As a bonus cost was also Significantly lower than expected. Overall the dinner at Bricco with Emilio as our server was the highlight of our extended trip to Boston!More

Visited to celebrate a birthday. Apps were great as always. Had steak for meal.... unbelievably AMAZING! Seriously, even better than other well known steak houses!! Cooked perfectly, tender, tasty. See picture of the tiramisu, gelato and espresso martinis we had for dessert. Yummy. Service and...server Roberto was fantastic. Thank you Bricco.More

Every time I'm in Boston, I have dinner at Bricco. Nick and whomever is at the front door always welcome me, seem genuinely happy to see me, and its clear that they value me as a customer. Vu-Vu always serves me, and does everything in...his power to ensure that I have the very best dinner I've ever had. Vu-Vu is an exceptional server: he quickly learns his customer's preferences and then delivers on those each and every time. There is a very good reason why he's in such high demand when booking a reservation. I've eaten dinner at Bricco every months for the past four years until Covid hit in March. I was just there Thursday night, July 23, and felt very safe. They put me in a banquette next to the open kitchen (which is the best view), the tables were all socially distanced and they even provided a disinfectant spray on the table. The only people who came within six feet were Vu-Vu and Chef, and they were on the other side of the banquette. The Chef and kitchen always delivers The octopus appetizer is to die for and the seafood risotto was fabulous. One of their signature dishes, and one of my favorites, is the riccota pillows. The first dish I ate there and then every time I was there was their shrimp appetizer with the most amazing potato gratin in the center. They are known for their steaks and their beef carpaccio is amazing. I honestly think anything you order is going to be great. It's that kind of place. It's a must do when in Boston.More

On a warm night in Boston at the city is just starting to open from the Covid19 restrictions, my daughter and I visited Bricco, as we have done many times in the past. Our visit last night was as always delicious and very pleasant. We...did not have a reservation, but they were able to seat us right away (6pm). The restaurant had outside and inside well spaced seating. The restaurant was somewhat busy and most tables were filling up as we left. Our server Patty was excellent. We ordered a couple of appetizers from the menu. They were tasty, and satisfying. The wine selection was very good, and we finished our meal with a delicious espresso martini. Bricco has a well trained staff and the restaurant is prepared to serve their customers to a safe and delicious meal!More

I went out with 8 others after a business meeting and was completely impressed. Loved the atmosphere, our server was on point and his suggestions were spot on, and the food presentation and quality was as good as it gets. I had the Chilean Sea...Bass in Agrodolce with a light sweet glaze on it (never saw that before) that made the meal. The Braised Beef Short Ribs was awesome too, as well as the Bricco's Brodetto, that had half lobster, shrimp, swordfish, monkfish, calamari, wellfleet clams and mussels, colino tomatoes, fish fumet, grilled asparagus & bruschette. Meals are around $30-$60 for dinner. HIGHLY recommend!!!More

My husband and I chose this fine Italian ristorante for a combination anniversary-post-Valentine's Day dinner (late Feb) and could not have been more pleased. Food: We shared the exquisite eggplant bake as an app--terrific. My husband had the stuffed veal chop as an entree and...pronounced it the best veal he's ever had (and that includes meals in Italy). I enjoyed the seafood risotto--sightly chewier than I'm accustomed to, but redolent of the sea, flavorwise. I had two glasses of a very nice Puglian white wine--perfetto. We ordered the ricotta pie--not too light, not too dense. Price: Yes, it's very expensive, but if you are looking for something above "veal and eggplant parm" fare served at "spaghetti houses," this is the place to go. Atmosphere: As for the noise level, yes, the tables are intimately close together and the atmosphere is "convivial", but to us, that added to our experience; it felt very authentic. Service: The servers are attentive without being inappropriately familiar, so I would not call them "unfriendly." Accept this upscale eatery on its own terms, and you'll love it.More

Sorry to have missed this question. Agree with previous reviewer. Park and walk over, less than 5 minutes . No valet at this time and very limited parking due to expanded outside seating at all restaurants.
