We ate breakfast at this restaurant twice, as we stayed at the Lenox, and both times were impressed. The eggs Florentine are to due for (I substituted avocado for the ham). My husband loved the pancakes. Service is good and thee portions are very generous. Prices aren't cheap but are reasonable.

When we got up Christmas morning we went down to City Table for breakfast only to find out there were no menu offerings, only a continental breakfast buffet. Disappointing. We were told we could order room service if we wanted a hot breakfast. If a hotel... More

I contributed to Community Servings, here in Boston for Thanksgiving, and received the best pumpkin pie I have ever eaten. I will definitely re-visit this restaurant and wanted to add that they enclosed a $20 gift card.

The menu is inventive and the presentation excellent.great wine list....our service the first night was superb, but less so the second evening, however the manager was on top of things and made sure we left with a very positive experience.

The menu doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you. First of all it's in the classy Lenox "boutique" hotel....We all had something different, burger, chicken dish, pizza and ramen. Nothing at all to complain about everything was delicious and dessert was to die for...They had a amores dessert on the menu that was just about the best... More

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant located on the first floor of our hotel (Lenox). We had dinner reservations. Our table was ready when we arrived. I have a challenging diet. The wait staff was able to modify the salmon dish to meet my needs. It was delicious. My husband had the veal special which he also enjoyed. The... More

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
