Not cheap but definitely worth the visit. Terrific menu and super friendly service. Will go again next time we're in town.

the atmosphere of the restaurant is friendly and welcoming. the staff was very professional and gracious. the cuisine was to die for..... best chowder, delicious crab cakes, crisp salads, every entree was made to perfection! we barely had room for dessert so we shared the creme bruelee and 2 others. a great place for special occasions or just a treat... Kind of disappointed. Someone brought water and then we waited appx 15mins before a waiter came over with menus, another 10 mins for bread. Appetizer of bacon wrapped scallops were great and clam chowder was "ok". Main course of lobster ravioli and lobster roll were both average at best.

Visited with friends during a very busy lunch period. Service was great and so was their bread! Ordered the Mixed Baby Greens Salad which was good. Hubby said the Jonah Crab Cake Melt sandwich was ok. Did not like dessert (some kind of apple crumbs with berries sauce. Good location.

This was delicious! A friend heard I was in town and recommended it. I added to my list of possible dining experiences. After a day of sightseeing and shopping I found myself nearby and decided to choose it as my dining experience for the night. The hostess was not very friendly and turned me away at first because they were... More

Have visited several times. Nice wait staff. Food is delish. Bit pricey but worth it. Always consistently good. Best to have reservation but was accommodated when I did not.

I'm not a fish person, so had the crab cakes instead. My wife had the cioppino. Mine was very good, my wife's was excellent.

We went here to celebrate my birthday while in Boston. The food, service and experience is top notch! I splurged on the lobster special with no regrets! Everyone enjoyed their entrees and my daughter earned me a free birthday treat for answering a fun trivia question! The oysters are the best I have had in awhile. Lovely wine list. Nice... More

Atlantic Fish has been a favorite of both locals and tourists alike, offering classics like award-winning New England Clam Chowder and Maine Lobster to more adventurous items such as our signature Swordfish Chop. The understated and timeless decor of the restaurant immediately draws the attention of those who enter. The dining room reminds one of a classic cruising vessel, complete with detailed woodwork and murals reflecting the spirit of the sea. Tailored to intimate dining with cozy booths throughout.

Neighborhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
