One of the only places in Boston that serves Sam Adams Brick Red! An amazing amber beer that is exclusive to Boston and I highly recommend giving it a try while you are here! I've never been let down by cheers in all of the times I have visited. Great crew, great food and an ideal location!

It's a little kitschy - yet fun I loved the cardboard cutouts of the characters - had my pic taken by Frasier I had a Sam Adams and the nachos - both were tasty - my friends had the burger and the potato skins Fun place to eat at

A must if visiting Boston. Great atmosphere and range of food (large portions so perhaps a starter to share) and cocktails. Good service and photos available with life size cut outs of your favourite characters. Cheers store adjacent to shop if you need to wait for your table.

It isnt the one you see on TV but we were looking for a hearty lunch. The food was average in taste and size but on the more pricey side. Offers a lot of classic American food staples.

Perfect stop while shopping Quincy Market. Service was very good. We needed help with our drink selections and the server was very patient with us although quite busy, including bringing us a sample. We both had the Rueben and it was really tasty and quite generous on the meat. This location is a replica of the original Cheers and also... More

ok, this is just a replica of cheers, bit of a tourist trap but fun if you are a cheers fan. The real cheers was a hollywood set I guess and the one on Beacon Hill has the entrance that was on the tv show. Irregardless, this is fun, looks like the tv bar and has a fun menu with... More

This bar is inside the bustling Quincy st market area. The bar has been built to replicate the bar from the cheers tv programme and the menu names all the characters on it but the actual location of the entrance used for the programme is just past Boston common although most of the show was filmed in California! The food... More

Not quite historic but a great step back in TV nostalgia. They also serve great meals at reasonable prices.

Very busy at time of visit but as there were only the two of us we were seated very quickly. Service was also quick and the waitress was very friendly & helpful.

We wanted to eat here, but it was too small and the wait too long. At least you can walk by and reminisce about the sitcom...

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
