This restaurant does not score high on decor, but the food was good. We had a Sizzling Hot Pot, a noodle dish and a mixed seafood dish. All were good. The service was good. The hot pot had a nice pile of dofu on top with seafood including scallops, shrimp and squid-the best dish of the evening. The noodle dish was a personal favorite, beef chow fun. The beef was very tender and the noodles were great. The mixed seafood dish was primarily squid, which can sometimes be chewy, but this was not. Hot tea, beer and rice rounded out the meal. The bathrooms here were surprisingly decent-clean and not in disrepair.

Lucky to get a table around 6 on a busy Saturday night. Very fast service. Huge portions. Dishes were of mixed quality. Delicious pea pod stems and Peking ravioli. Dry and overcooked duck with taro. Very tough stir fry beef.

I looked forward to getting back to indoor dining at this old haunt of mine. But the food was quite sub par.
Bland lo mein was the only thing I ordered here this time as I cautiously retried this former classic. Perhaps more "authentic" food would have been better but I was alone.

We ordered Peking duck. Average as the skin, supposed to be crispy, had quite a bit of fat on it. The waitress recommended the clams with black bean sauce. She said they were fresh. Well, maybe fresh last month. Perhaps her boss said push the clams. Terrible. Indoor dining was open on 8/23/21. Please go elsewhere.

The food got better with every bite. The only thing we wished is that we had someone who was more familiar with the food to order for us. There was a table next to ours with 3 college age guys and one of the guys ordered for the table and that food looked and smelled amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant

We went on Christmas Day, made a reservation in advance and they sat us within 10 min of our time. The service was friendly and attentive even though they were packed. All the food was delicious, can out fast, fresh and hot. All the reviews on their pea do stems were not wrong, they were one of the big hits. The food was plentiful. Other than ordering the wrong crab dish (our fault not theirs) everything was flavorful and a big hit with the table. The egg drop soup was one of the best I ever had. We will be going there again and i would recommend to couples or families…A great new favorite!

Atmosphere, Service, & Food is just Bland. And on the high side for all that is lacking.
Should have known walking in seeing the entrance cluttered with white plastic buckets, and the near lack of wall and table decor, and worn out menus show a lack of concern for quality.

Camalaries too cook. Overprice. 18% charge for service without saying. Need to ask for everything (water, chopstick, napkibg…) Not a good experience at all.

We came here because of its rating on the internet, well we were not disappointed! People have spoken.
We had twin lobster with ginger and scallion, steamed scallop with Garlic, sweet sour shrimp, and a vegetable dish. Oh, my! The best sweet sour shrimp we have had in a long time! They surely know how to break their lobster - each cut is strategic, made it easy for us to eat the meat. tasty, tasty, tasty.
warning - the size is big, so non't order too much!
The appearance of the hotel is a bit run-down, a make-over would be nice. but hey, the food is excellent, which is why we are here!

Our hotel concierge recommended this restaurant. General Gau chicken very good. Beef & broccoli was good. Orange beef was OK. House fried rice was fair.

Always a great meal - but be prepared to eat fast especially when it's prime dinner time. Prices are average

Close to the Chinatown gates on the corner of beach and Tyler. We had the Peking ravioli ($4.85) and the clams in black bean sauce ($15.95). The ravioli are oily but it’s really good flavor with hint of fresh ginger. It’s not too heavy. The clams in black bean sauce were a good sized portion. The clams were fresh and flavorful. The clams were a bit chewy but again had good flavor. Minimum of $30.00 bill to use a credit card. Complementary tea when you sit in. Decent amount of space compared to some of the smaller joints. Total was like $25.00 but it was good.

For those of you who can read Chinese, the Chinese menu at Peach Farm offers dishes not listed on the English menu. Dad ordered off the Chinese menu when we were here for lunch. We had very tasty food, although perhaps not to American palettes: fried short ribs, soft shelled whole shrimp and squid. The restaurant does not look very inviting to American eyes, down a few steps into a basement, no windows, not recently painted or cared for. The number of diners was indicative of this. However, they seem to do a healthy takeout business and the food was good.
