It was hard to find a good dive in downtown Boston. Tons of college bars and nice pubs, but not a little homey dive. Then, we found the Barracuda Tavern. This is a small bar up some stairs in what seems like an alley. But,...More

My husband and I visited on a week night. The beer selection is great. The wings and fires were excellent. I wouldn't suggest the bacon wrapped scallops (I think they were fried?!), but everything else was very good. Tia was our waitress, and she was...More

I recently visited Boston on a business trip. I was tired upon my return to the hotel, and Barracuda Tavern was in close proximity. Don't let the stairway or the bouncer intimidate you. They have a large selection of draft and bottled beer. The atmosphere...More

This is a small place located behind the Omni Park Hotel near the commons. Went here after a concert for a late night burger. The staff was very friendly and the burger was cooked to a perfect medium rare. We had burgers at two other...More

Small tavern a little off the beaten path but so glad we found it. Just a few steps off the Freedom Trail path but we wouldn't have found it (or tried it) without a local's recommendation.

Visited here on the recommendation of a local friend - a bit younger and more sophisticated than some of the dive bars we'd visited earlier, but a good Friday evening vibe, with good beers!

Not a main street, but easy to find. Our food was well done and tasty. Service was efficient. Friendly staff More of a locals establishment which was just what we were looking for that night. Gluten-free options available.

We came for a simple dinner. And that was what we got. We tried their Clam Chowder, but it was hard to find the clan between all the potatoes. We tried their Scallop wrapped in bacon. The scallop was there, but they was dry and...More

The location was hard to find - as it seems like it is in an alley. The food was good and the waitress was very nice. The prices were fair. Would highly recommend this bar.

Another wonderful 2nd-floor bar/restaurant in Boston! We really enjoyed eating at the bar, visiting with the bartender, Sara. The service was amazing and the décor was fun & upbeat. My fish-&-chips was okay, but the seafood roll had way too much salt and mayonnaise. The...More

Hi, they do not have a specific kids menu but do have quite a selection for kids - Burgers, chicken fingers etc. Lunch would be most appropriate to bring children. Hope that helps!!
