Been here several times but never had a chance to post a review of this place. I usually ordered the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti or the meatballs . Comes out with enough tomato sauces and the chicken are cook to perfection. The pizza are pretty...good here and the slices they offered are huge and it’s like two normal slices combined. The staffs there are pretty nice and friendly. Food never disappoint here. Oh and the fresh garlic knots are Delicious.More

We were staying at an Airbnb nearby and the restaurant refused to deliver to us because the driver apparently had to make contact by phone in order to deliver and couldn’t just knock on the door. Since we were visiting we had a long distance...number and were told they can’t process a delivery for a phone number not in the area. Do not recommend if you are not from here!More

Deplorable customer service!!!!!! I’ve order from this place several times over the past year and half. Every time an issue. Something missing from the order, garlic knots were RAW when delivered and food overall far below average. My issue is with customer service and the...“part time manager” IRENE. I placed an order for grilled chicken salad and tenders with honey mustard. This is usually what my order consists of. This is time #3 that something fails to make its way into the delivery bag. With final frustration I placed a call back informing the business. “IRENE” offered to have the driver bring it back. I declined as I did not want to get re dressed to go back to the lobby of my building. IRENE did not offer any apologies but did inform me “it’s been a very busy night”. I informed her that as a CUSTOMER that is not my problem. I said at the least you should refund my chicken tender order. IRENE’S answer to me was “absolutely not”. I then asked her name at least 10x. She informed me she was the manger and was not informing me of her name, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with another employee, who informed me the said manager was a part time manager named IRENE. When I asked who the full time manger and the owner of the establishment was, the answer I was give was: “I only work part time I do not know”. I then asked how do you work for a small company and not know who the owner is? This is an example of TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! If a customer asks who the manager/owner is they should be informed and not hung up on. Again this complaint is in regards to the way I as a customer was treated. I was annoyed at paying for something that was not delivered the way I asked and paid for. Again this was not the first, second or third time. I am to blame for ordering from her once again. My issue is the way “IRENE” spoke to me. This is a stellar example of why all companies should provide customer service training to staff whether you have a professional job such as myself or if you are a food service worker. I hope the owner of this establishment cares about who they choose as staff to REPRESENT their company.More

I won't be back. Got a slice of veggie pizza. Vegetables were raw and unseasoned, sauce was flavorless, dough limp and bland. The slice was large for $4.50, but I'd rather pay $3 for a smaller regular slice with some taste. To add insult to...injury, the slice was sticking to the foil underneath so had to pick flecks out of the "crust." Avoid.More

Ordered to a hotel which seem to pose a lot of issues with the restaurant. Order still had not arrived nearly 2 hours. When I contacted the restaurant all they did was lie..lie..lie. Blamed me..blamed the hotel...and then blamed me again! I was asked to...meet the driver downstairs because "he didn't have time to come up" OMG...i was speechless..waited 15 minutes and when I asked the driver why didn't he ask the front desk to call me since they didn't seem to have any cobtact info for me even though I entered it all on the order...i was told it was "too busy" so it was ok for us to wait 2 hours for food as it drove around with the too busy to do his job driver. When I called back to try abd explain my situatio I heard 2 sorries and hung up on. WOW..end result...food cold and tasteless...definitely choose something else!More

the delivery was quick, the food was hot. we opened the pizza, to overwhelming happiness. sadly this lasted only until the first bite. we had ordered a large pizza with mushrooms, onions and roasted peppers. it was beautiful, but the sauce on the pizza was...bland and didn't compliment the visual presentation.More

We are on holiday in Boston and went here on the recommendation of a local lady we met in the laundromat. The staff here are very friendly and the pizza was very delicious, the base was yummy and soft and the toppings were fresh. Very...generous sized pizza and great value.. We also had a salad which was really fresh and some garlic knots also delicious. It is small and could be hard to find but worth looking for. If we lived here this would be our go to pizza place.More

La Befana doesn't get enough love because it's on the same block as a bunch of Gastro-Puby places. The pizza here is awesome! There's really limited seating, that's the only downfall. Just a couple tables. So if you really want to sit go at an...off time or be prepared to take the pizza to a nearby bench... Also, they deliver and I never had an issue with them being late or getting the order wrong.More

If you're used to Pizza Days and Bravo Pizza and are looking for another experience (those are two great pizza places as well) you need this pizza in your mouth. It's pricey, but worth it. The slices are huge and cooked with care. The large...pizza is actually large. The vegetables and other ingredients are fresh. I ordered two large pizzas last night and got there a little early for pick up (there is seating inside and out and it's cute but there's not much room), the owner pushed my order ahead so I wouldn't be waiting around forever. They also threw in some free garlic bread things. Go there and say "Big Chris sent me" - it won't give you a discount but it would be funny to hear them say "so...?" in an italian accent.More
