You know the feeling when you personally have eaten at a restaurant in another city and wish you had not gushed on how good your experience was. This was that time... Four couples after spending the afternoon together and the restaurant was across from the hotel. Started poorly when I called for a reservation and was told they could not... More

Nice upscale burger restaurant. I tried truffle burger. It was really tasty with white and black truffle butter and porcini ketchup. I was in a hurry so I find their service lazy.

We came here with 2 kids on a Sunday afternoon. First off I have to say the burgers were good. I had the avocado ranch burger, medium well. It was delicious, lots of avocado, generous amount of ranch dressing. The fries, which are not included were good, shoe string, just the right amount of crunchy. Now the not so good,... More

When they first opened 5 Napkin burgers were large, juicy & delicious - worthy of their name. Sadly, now they are just average and a bit salty too... The service was also indifferent. On the plus side, we were not rushed in any way and had plenty of time to catch up with family & friends.

The menu looked very promising but the food did not live up to our expectations. The restaurant was fairly slow the Sunday night we visited, I think only five tables were in use. Our waitress did not visit our table frequently, no water refills. The appetizer we ordered was quite a bit different than expected, even though we did not... More

The burger/shakes/fries were quite good. The restaurant also has a number of salads where you can add on chicken/steak/etc. I'd give this a 5 star, but my burger was a little on the dry side - not the best burger I've ever eaten. Also, if you are a vegetarian there are very few choices. I recall seeing a veggie burger... More

Our service was really good! I got the "bacon cheddar" and my husband had the "original five napkin". Served medium rare and true to the name, so juicy! We had both sweet potato fries and the hand cut fries, I preferred the hand cut fries but the sweet potato were really tasty as well! Highly recommended for burger lovers :)

All the service team that we saw (except the nice lady that cleared our table) were rude and condescending. Starting by extremely unorganized host that shows his stress level, to the waiter that makes faces when we asked for napkins...Burger tasted good, but you can find the same burger, if not better, all around Boston with nicer people serving it.

Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
