I stopped for a meal here because it was close to my hotel, and I love a good burger. I was disappointed by the service and the food. The service was slow even though they weren't that busy. My server asked me how I wanted my burger done, and I replied medium. When the burger arrived, it was well done... More

Great food and lots of it . Burgers cooked just as you like it. Would go back, and try any other kind of burgers.

Stopped in for lunch. We ordered a burger and a salad. Both were delicious. Will say I doubt 10 Oz burger was that big, but it was perfectly cooked. Sweet Potato fries also very good.

The only reason I ate here was the proximity of the place to where I was staying in Back Bay. The service was decent, and the place inside was clean. I ordered the Italian Spiced Turkey Burger and Onion Rings, both were good, however I would have appreciated a toasted bun as it would have made the burger that much... More

The burgers are huge and the choices are varied (turkey, lamb, beef, veggie, etc.). The sweet potato fries were good but the regular fries were soggy. The amount of fries that came with the kid’s meal was excessive. I had the lamb burger which had a lot of flavor. My husband had one of the bowls and loved it.

I asked the waitress for four extra napkins and she looked at me like huh??? If you're going to tout yourself as a messy burger place don't you think you might want to bring some extra napkins to the table??

The restaurant is large and very busy. Despite this the staff are polite and very efficient. The food is somewhat restricted if you do not like burgers but most of our party enjoyef their choice of burger very much.

Good and friendly restaurant where they serve some good burgers. Simple menu with some good burgers, well prepared and very good meat. Service is okay. Just for a informal meal, in and out in a hour.

Had dinner here the other evening. I sat at the bar as the place was crowded and ordered a buffalo chicken burger. The food was good and service was quick. The restaurant itself is well appointed and so was satisfied with my experience.

I would say 3 and a half stars. Better than average. The burger was big and juicy, with a nice variety of toppings. Fries were average to slightly below average but the stack of onion rings was very good. Agreed that it is a little pricey but not incredibly so for what you get.

Thank vikingdan
