Truly a hidden gem. The entrance is at #18. Tasty and flavourful dishes, kind and friendly staff. Of course we made the mistake of forgetting how large the portions are here. Highly recommended.

Truly unbelievable that this great restaurant is open from 11 AM To 3AM . You will be overwhelmed with all the choices offered on the menu! My daughter and I chose only 2 dishes -orange beef and Singapore rice noodles with veggies. I truly believed...that we would never finish our dishes, but we did. They were busy on a Thursday night with many locals. Highly recommend this place.More
Many years after Lucky Dragon turned into Grand Chau Chau then burnt down and reappeared as Bubor Cha Cha, we found a great seafood restaurant in Chinatown complete with live seafood tanks that make all the difference. We happened on this place looking for a...late night bite; ravenously hungry after a long flight to Boston. The restaurant was pretty full given the time and the friendly (bonus for Chinatown) staff welcomed us. We ordered a hot and sour soup, dry fried shrimp with salt and pepper, a fried barramundi and beef with black bean. Each dish was spot on the way we prefer down to the chilli oil which was a zesty melee of charred goodness without too much oil. The food was licked clean from the plates and the only reason we did not go for a second round was the very late hour. We are planning to go back tonight.More
If you like to have family dinner or after clubbing late night snacks this is the restaurant that will fulfill your satisfaction . Authentic food and good services . It’s been one of the stomping ground in Chinatown for years .
We happened upon this restaurant during the early dinner hour. We were accompanied by our two young grandsons who are voracious eaters. We ordered sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef and vegetable and fried rice. No white rice cones with the meal. The restaurant...was empty and very clean. Our " dinner plates" were dessert plates so if your plate had six bites of something, the plate was full. The only dish we could eat was the beef. The other two were inedible. The meat was very chewy and seemed to have been leftover from lunch and heated in a microwave. The rice was passable. Needless to say, we left at least 75% of the meal and took no doggie bags. The waiter had little affect and never checked on our satisfaction. Very detached. The more I think about what we spent on that terrible meal, the angrier I get. Total waste of money. My husband dined there regularly when he worked in Boston and limed the food. No longer!More
One of the better known Southern Chinese food restaurant in Boston. The food suppose to be authentic, yet to my surprise, they did add some of the North American flavors into the dishes. It is nice in certain way, and that is all I can...say about it. The service is very local Chinese restaurant. The price is very reasonableMore
My wife and I were walking around Chinatown and stumbled across this place. There’s a bunch of tanks full of crabs, lobsters, eels, fish, and all sorts of other seafood right at the front. We got some wonton soup, beef with vegetables, and frog with...vegetables. It all tasted great. The frog freaked me out a little though, as it wasn’t de-boned at all. Ha!More
I read a couple reviews where people complained about the service. Well, I have been there 5 times and always had good service. Whomever, got bad service was probably being rude without knowing. We are always patient and watch how the locals interact with the...wait staff and we do the same. Always had a great time here. The first time we went here my daughter left her backpack, with her wallet and iPad. An hour later we came back and it was waiting for us at the register. The last time we went, the waiter said I can put your order in, but you will be taking half of it home. He helped us pick the right amount for our group and steered us away from some of the more expensive items. It is nice cause you can eat cheap or try something more exotic. I just love looking at the giant lobsters. That's what I am going to get next time.More
The food is very good, but dining area needs some improvement for cleanliness. The restaurant is located right in the heart of China Town.
We came into Chinatown based on a suggestion from our friend. We did some searching online and this place had some great reviews. They did not let us down. We got a bunch of fresh seafood dishes and all of which came directly from their...tanks. We even got to take a look at the lobster to make sure the size was ok before they took it to the kitchen. All in all it was worth the trip. If you are looking for some fresh live seafood, I would recommend giving this place a shot.More
Was in Boston for a conference so we wandered to China town for a quick dinner. We checked out a few menus and thought this pave was a good choice. Upon entering, we were relatively alone... So thought maybe it was a sign of things...to come, but we were so wrong. Within minutes the place was packed with people waiting to be seated. Mainly seemed like locals, us feeling like the only tourists. The food was awesome, service was quick and our waiter had a nice dry sense of humor when we asked him what the imported beer tastes like. (For future reference, it tastes like beer). Tea was served first. We then stated with spring rolls. We had General Gao's chicken (10.95), stir fried pea pod stems (13.95), and chicken fried rice. It was all delicious.More
The best Cantonese food in town. The lobster was fresh and sweet. Peapod stems were sautéed beautifully. Boneless spareribs were tasty and plentiful.
Food very good. Waitstaff TERRIBLE!!!! Waiter took our order, and we never saw him again. We were the only ones in there my friend and I. Made us wait 20 minutes before he came back to pay our bill Service was so bad I left...no tip and the one who cleaned our table came running outside telling us we need to leave him a tip. Those people need training badly or I am afraid their restuarant is not going to make it.More
From the moment I was greeted by an unfriendly hostess until the time I left I felt like I was bothering them by having lunch in their restaurant. Every and I mean every worker there was grouchy and inattentive. The food was decent and came...in a timely manner but somebody needs to train their employees to smile, be friendly and to do basic things like asking how your meal was.More
The outside of the restaurant looks pretty bad. Once we got in, it looked OK. A lot of Chinese people eating here, which is a good sign. We had sesame chicken, shrimp with cashew nuts, seafood fried noodles. All are very good in a huge...quantity. Prices are very reasonable, Total bill with tip is $50. Will recommend this place to anyone.More
