I made this reservation several weeks in advance as I can't get in to the ridiculous wait times that some people are willing to endure for good, but not great restaurants that dominate the North End of Boston. We arrived 10 minutes early and were offered the table right by the door (with a crowd waiting that would be standing... More

We were seated promptly and the waiter was very friendly and accommodating. We had entrees for lunch and the portions were fine and were very tasty and prepared well. It is a small but cozy place in a great location.

Eight friends met up on a Saturday night. Panza was very accommodating adding another couple at the last minute. Place was packed with a line out the door, definitely need reservations. Service was wonderful, helpful, accommodating. Chopped salad was awesome. Some of us had great food, short ribs, gnocchi, pasta dishes were excellent. The only disappointing dish was the risotto... This place is small and has good food at a reasonable price. I had a butternut ravioli that was great. The seafood pasta was average. The other dishes we had were good. Stay away from house wines. They were lacking. It was packed but service was excellent.

Had reserved prior to arriving in Boston based on reviews in Tripadvisor. Restaurant is small and very important to reserve as the wait might be long. We arrived early due to sightseeing but was told to come back at reserved time which was 1/2 hour and immediately upon arrival we were seated. Food and service was very good and would... More

After walking through the North End trying to decide which of the italian restaurants we were going to eat at. We settled on Panza as it looked quaint and the menu showed reasonable prices. I had the Chicken Panza which was really nice. Very fresh. Came with linguine and the portion was perfect. My wife had a carbonara and said... More

I tried Panza based on reviews and was extremely disappointed. Based on the pictures and reviews, I tried their lobster ravioli. The quality was not what I expected. It was more like a fast food quality. The ravioli was very thick, tough and chewy unlike the freshly made raviolis that are fine and moist. The sauce was so cheesy thick,... More

You must have reservations and because it is not a big restaurant, you might have to wait a little, however, their food is worth the wait! Their prices are also well in range and their staff is excellent and very professional!

Extra fresh seafood, ingredients prepared in traditional Italian technique. Less crowded compared to other higher ranking places nearby. Being close to famous Canoli place is also a plus.

Be sure and try the Mussels appetizer!!! You choose which sauce you want and the waiter advised the spicy. We LOVED it!!! Dip the bread in the sauce, it's AMAZING!!!!
