The drinks were excellent - masterfully prepared, but a bit pricey and service was not very good. Bar, the basement of a former jail, is really cool. Exposed brick and bars with comfortable couches. The outdoor patio was beautiful with lots of seating. Most people were dressed to impress the evening we were there. In fact, I thought at first... More

This place is part of Boston's history. Great ambiance, great people, great drinks and great looking single ladies. I had fun and I will be back.

The Alibi is a bar located inside the Liberty Hotel. The hotel itself was once a jail and it has a different vibe. The drinks are good and there is a great patio with outside seating but you have to get there early as the place gets really busy.

The decor is so much fun and the patio very comfortable! If you just want to have a drink, without loud music, go there late afternoon, at night it gets more like a Night Club...

This place can be packed so you may have to wait in a long line but if not it is a fun place spot for drinks in a cool vintage atmosphere.

Really cool bar inside the old Charles Street Jail and this one is on the ground floor and looks like it used to be a bunch of jail cells. The place is dimly lit and has a lot of seating and gets pretty crowded on weekends. Walls are exposed brick and are lined with famous mug shots of movie stars... More

Clink at the Liberty Hotel is an interesting historic place to have great cocktails and upscale bar food.

I came here on a Friday night around 10pm. The bar itself has a very cool vibe and there were a good amount of people around. I would probably come back again solely for the atmosphere. Drinks were a different story. As long as you order a very basic traditional drink, you should be good to go. When we asked... More

Best bar in Beacon Hill. Full stop. Great atmosphere, good buzz, excellent service. Perfect re-entry for us tonight to our Beacon Hill home after living in China for many years. This is fun like M Bar is good in HK. Enjoy.
