Great coffee, great sticky buns, great brioche, great salmon sandwich. Decent seating, though a bit cramped, and very busy. Counter is manned by a bunch of pleasant young hippies. Great morning spot.

Good for breakfast or a fast lunch, with a nice variety of sandwiches, cakes and hot beverages, that have a different approach from common places, specially the sandwiches. Unfortunately doesn't have a good offer of fresh fruits or juices.

I love this place. I used to go there more frequently when my office was on Farnsworth Street. This place has very high quality baked goods and some good sandwiches. The only real negative is the coffee. Not much to write home about but I don't go there to get coffee. I highly recommend the oatmeal raisin cookies! Some of... More

This place has a lovely quirky vibe going on and is a hive of industry that provides fabulous food and great tea and coffee! We tried breakfast burgers, steel cut oats and pastries (on different days!) and each were fabulous. And then we even bought our lunch there on the last day for a train ride to NY. A must... More

One of the best breakfasts I've got on my trip. Nice decor of the place, great food prepared just as per my request with very nice coffee to go with it.

Went here after cafe Nero from around the corner. The cafe macho was too sweet and not as flavorful. The baked goods were ok but the whole grain croissant at Cafe Nero was so delicious. The seating here is also limited than Cafe Nero. Good place but not the best.

After a wonderful breakfast at Flour, we went back for lunch. I had the lamb sandwich with goat cheese, tomato chutney, and arugula. IT WAS EXQUISITE. I am actually looking forward to going back to Boston, just so I can go to Flour again.

I was staying at a hotel right around the corner and wanted a sandwich before going on the duck tour. The ladies at the counter helped me make the decision to get the grilled roasted chicken sandwich! It was amazing and came out super fast! The flavors were exceptional and such a perfect portion!

This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
