Cheap and shabby - share a table; food whipped out WITH quick Chinese efficiency. Good flavours, authentic Chinese food, service with a sullen chinese smile. Dine and dash and you will feel you had great meal....don't look too close at the run down, tired chairs and tables...after all you in the heart of china town.

We went there at the Chinese New Year Eve, long waiting lines, but did not wait too long to be seated. Dim Sum are excellent , price are reasonable.

Winsor Dim Sum Cafe is small, but we were seated pretty promptly for a Sunday morning. If you come with two people, they will seat you at a large round table with others, which was fine. You get to see what others are ordering. We ordered from the menu which had helpful pictures, and had a good variety of items.... More

The food is satisfactory overall - above average for a "China Town standard" but just average(or even below) comparing with other Dim Sum places I had in Toronto, Hong Kong and Macau. 豉油凤爪可以推荐,在吃过的早茶里面算是上品;牛肚,牛杂有点差强人意;酿茄子油非常大,慎点;其他菜色不算惊艳,属于可接受范围,

Went for brunch on Christmas Day. The Good: Really great Dim Sum served steaming hot. This compared favorably to the best Dim Sum I've had in China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Go ahead and order many different dishes. You can pack up what you don't eat and take home. You'll be surprised just how modest the bill will be...under $15-20... More

Ordered not from a cart but from a photo-illustrated menu and tally is not based on plates but from the selections you mark on a sushi-style order sheet... most important, the selections are many (and augmented on weekends) and the 10 selections (two different visits) I tried were all excellent.

This past weekend we went to Chinatown to have brunch at Winsor Dim Sum Café. If you want to eat good quality dim sum and you are not looking for a fancy place then I will definitely recommend Winsor. It's so worth it. They serve 3/4 dim sum(s) in an order, which is very reasonable. I will suggest that you... More

Friends and I was here for dim sum. It is packed on the weekend, but we got a table within 15 mins. The places is small and they don't have the push cart here. There is a list of what is on the menu and from there you can enter the number of quantity of each item. The food comes... More

Great place for Dim Sum. Served all day long. It is a small place but worth the wait. Go early to minimize the wait. Easy menu, photos of the food. Great selection.

I went to Winsor with a colleague particularly for Dim Sum. It was yummy. The staff were very efficient with our order. Although we had to share a table with 2 other couples, it was quite fine. We ended up chatting up with one another. I would recommend you to go to this place for Dim Sum.
