We loved the juicy pork dumplings! The restaurant is small, crowded and not fancy. Expect to wait a while before being seated. You may even share a table with another group. The food is worth it. We had no issues with the service and thought food was reasonably priced.

Not sure if it is a cultural thing, but like many other reviews, the service wasn't that good. Food was really good, so I've mostly overlooked the service in my rating.

The extensive menu made choosing dishes for dinner difficult. I ordered the steamed pork and leeks dumplings and string beans with beef. The dumplings arrived steaming and were delicious. The string beans and beef dish was larger than I thought, perfectly prepared, with a very good flavor. I finished the entire dish and did not leave hungry. I needed a... More

We had a fantastic experience here. Our dumplings were simply amazing. I had the pork Dumplings and My wife had the vegetable dumplings. Be careful when they first come out as they can burn you. If you do not like busy cramped spaces you may not enjoy the Dumpling House however we loved it. I will definitely go back when... More

There are dumplings and steamed buns among many other things on the menu here. It filled up quickly at lunch time. Good food. Cash only up to $20.

Great food, good prices, service however was lacking...servers were not very friendly, never rude though. Food did take quite some time to come out with dishes coming out in spurts, however the food was very tasty...despite the service I would definitely go back again for the dumplings!!!

I love loud crazy full of locals - restuarants where you have to wait in line because the food is so good! And this is one of them! It is small, tight quarters but super food and cheap prices. It comes out hot - tasty and fast! And the service is the same! Get there early and there is less... More

Food was great but service was AWFUL!!! The server was rude and when the food was ready, she just literally threw it on a table while she was passing by (not even bothering herself to stop). But the worst part is that she was not satisfied with our 12% tip which is honestly way more than she deserved (and my... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighborhood Profile
A small area rich in Chinese cultural influences, visit Boston’s Chinatown for some great Asian cuisine and small, authentic bakeries. Enter through the iconic Chinatown gate and stroll down Beach, Tyler, and Kneeland streets to explore the compact area. Rest your feet from walking and grab a bite at one of the many restaurants around Chinatown. From traditional Chinese to Vietnamese to Malaysian, there is a wide range of Asian food available, within easy access of South Station. At night, Chinatown becomes a late night food destination after the bars close.
