We ate here a number of times during our week in Asheville, and it was quick, consistent and a great value for the cost. You will walk out with a carryout bag, and be happy with what you ordered and managed to eat on-site. It is not fancy, but it is darn good food for a great price.

Had soup and sandwich. Soup was perfect, not too salty. Sandwich was toasted to a golden brown with lots of chicken salad. Service was quick and pleasant.

My husband, son and I had a delicious, no-frills Thanksgiving dinner at Cornerstone. We were in town to visit The Biltmore Estate, and after walking all day, we just wanted a simple homemade kind of meal. We found it at Cornerstone. The food was tasty, the portions were huge, the price was sensible, and the service was great. My husband... More

I sometimes miss the '80's. Less pretentious food, good servings, and servers who are more frequently called Marge . Cornerstone is one of those holdback restaurants who embraces everything good about the days gone by. The only issue is that for people like me (someone with an egg allergy) there are very limited options. Grits, Oatmeal, yogurt with fruit. But... More

We stayed close by after our visit to the Biltmore. The food portions are huge and for the most part the food was great. Everyone in our party wanted something different and this was the place to offer different types of food! Come with an appetite and I would still be surprised if you clean your plate.

We just picked this place randomly because it was close to the motel. Everyone was really nice. The salad was good. The food was fair. I doubt I'd try it again but one never knows.

This local place was amazing. Friendly and efficient wait staff. And the food! I had the seafood platter with fried catfish and baked scallops. The portion was very generous. The catfish was flaky and flavorful. The scallops or melt in your mouth. Perfectly cooked. I chose the grilled vegetables, they were deliciously caramelized. The server told me they get their...
