Absolutely terrific experience. Great service, great food, wonderful atmosphere. We ordered the steak and trout and there was not a morsel left on either of our plates. Such a unique experience, so much flavor.

What a delightful experience! Loved, loved the ambience. The decoration is just the kind of place you want to be when enjoying French cuisine. We were seated promptly and food was out fast. Impressive! Hector ordered duck confetti with pancetta and he loved it. Gail had the quiche with salad and highly recommended it. Me? Oh la la! Think I... More

Wow, wow, wow is all I can seem to muster. I've had the best tomato dish ever at this restatuarnt, the Tomato Bouchon. Its a huge tomato with some sort of chesse/cream layered in. All the food we ordered was equally tasty.

We travel the world and many times to France. Our experience at Bouchon was typical of a really great restaurant in many of the wonderful French restaurants we've dined at in Paris, Lyon, Dijon, Arles, Bayonne and Montpiellier, etc. The escargots and scallop appetizers were fantastic and the main courses, Le Gratin du Chasseur and Boeuf Bourguignon, dessert of Creme... I had been to Bouchon's a few years ago on "all you can eat Mussels" night, and was very impressed. On a lark, I started the evening with a sazerac cocktail, which was a first by mixologist Shannon, but it was perfect. From there, our meal had a delightful start with Escargots Bourguignon. For my main course, I switched to... More

Lovely owner & waiter, Brad. Delicious moules (mussels) & frites ( French fries w/ dipping sauce) and beef shoulder tenderloin with two veggies. Sancerre (French Sauvignon Blanc): 5 stars!💥💥💥💥💥

It is a nice place! I have ate dinner with my family in Bouchon. The place has an atmosphere similar to a typical French restaurant. The service is pretty good and the food has a good taste - delivers what it promises. The only problem is the smell of food in the place, it is really strong and your clothes... More

Great service, reasonably priced, fun dinner, delicious dinner. Great dinner in a really fun place-the atmosphere was very Asheville in a fun French way. We had a decent bottle of wine and 2 great appetizers. The French Onion soup was a must have and my salad special was very unique and yummy. For dinner I loved the steak frites and... More

Another casual place by Thomas Keller. Always good to try one of his restaurant. We went for lunch on the sunny day sitting outdoor. It's part of good life in northern part of California. No comments on restaurant and foods because of its excellent reputation.
