A very good place to eat, but reservations needed. Was able to dine outdoors and enjoy the fresh evening air. Staff masked, very polite and helpful with the menu options. Nice variations on what would otherwise be standard fare (a pork chop is a pork...chop unless it’s more than just a pork chop). Trout was delicious as well and the squash soup was a great way to start off. Secret? Order the fried cauliflower!More

Returning to Asheville after a couple of years, I'm glad to see this gem up and running post-Covid. The soups, small plate, and entrees we had were all fantastic. The dessert was good (although not as great as the ones I remember from past visits)....The cocktails were very creative and the by-glass wine list was small but we'll curated. All of the waitstaff here are wonderful, but we especially enjoyed having Matt as server. Corner Kitchen is definitely worth a visit every time I return to the Village.More

We have visited The Corner Kitchen on several occasions and selected it for lunch on a visit to Asheville for the day. Dining on a Saturday and not making reservations, we had a 30 minute wait for a table. We were seated outside on the...patio which is a nice comfy setting on an early fall day. Their "Fried Green Tomato BLT" is very tasty as is the cheesesteak. Overall a good meal and good service. Just be prepared to wait (although you can make reservations on line or call) and parking is a challenge in Biltmore Village.More

Lovely spot, wonderful service. Food was only medicore. The frittata was not a frittata but a very flat, not well-flavored omelette. The bean soup ought to have been hearty rather than runny. A frittata ought to come with wonderful toast and home fries, there were...no sides. It’s a very pretty place in a lovely area, but the food is not great.More

My husband and I enjoy supporting local restaurants. Corner Kitchen has a fresh menu, great food with both indoor and outdoor dining (and heat lamps). Dog friendly as well.

My mom and I had dinner here tonight and it was by far the best meal that we've had in Asheville so far! We both had the autumn old fashioneds to drink and they were perfect! I started my meal with a bowl of the...soup of the day - tomato basil - it was delicious. Then my mom and I both had the pecan crusted trout- perfectly portioned with a sweet potato mash and green beans. For dessert we split a scoop of brown butter ice cream. It tasted like a delicious cloud. To top it all off our server, Matthew, was enthusiastic about the menu, friendly, and efficient. All in all it was just a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!More

This is a popular joint with a high review rating, but I don't understand why. It was lovely to sit outside in the Biltmore area, and our server was charming and helpful, but the food was mediocre, except for the soups.

this was our third visit to the Corner Kitchen over the past few years visiting Asheville. The service was excellent as usual , but one person in our group of four sent back their Indian cuisine and ordered another item. The exchange has handled very...well, but this is the first time an item was ordered that needed to be sent back. The duck and trout dishes were excellent. $32 bottle of wine was good.More

Ambience is warm and service is good. Ingredients are top-quality and everything was cooked very well. However seasonings and taste are conservative. I suppose this is done to appeal to the wider audience. However if a restaurant doesn’t take chances it is not fine dining.

We were vacationing in Asheville and used a public parking garage near by. There is street parking, but chose the parking garage at a reasonable price and walked everywhere. We actually followed a walking tour map we picked... More
