Went here for dinner and was blown away! All the food was incredible including the deserts. Wine and martinis are great.

Here at Sat AM opening 1030 for brunch. Server friendly and helpful. Ambiance borderline depressing. Mac and cheese, spinach omelet, and jalapeño biscuit fantastic. Steak and eggs and sweet potato hash were meh. Most disappointing aspect was that it took 45 minutes from time of our order to our food was served, despite restaurant probably only at 10% seating capacity.... More

We were here for Restaurant Week. You get to choose three items on the special menu for $35. I had the mac and cheese, the lamb and the quail. All were good and the lamb was a very big portion. If I had to do it again, I'd order three lamb meals and ask for two of them to be... More

Went in with a large group for brunch. Had reservations and restaurant is very large and was able to accommodate us with no issues. The food really was great. Every single thing our group got was good. Would make a point to go back every time we are in Asheville. The highlight of the trip.

We were looking for a brunch place in Asheville and found the Marketplace. Parking is very close in a garage. It is near a lot of shops. Food was very nice and they had different things than many restaurants.

My wife and I have visited the Market Place several occasions over the years, and it never fails to disappoint, at least me! We arrived at our reserved time, 6:45, and were immediately seated. On this occasion we both had the pear salad to start and enjoyed it. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. My entree was the beef... More

We dined at The Market Place with friends. It was our first time in this busy and hip downturn restaurant in Asheville, NC. The food choices were many and amazing. Prepared to perfection and delicious is how I would describe our wonderful dinner. We definitely will return on our next visit. The trout I had was wonderful!

Stopped in for brunch on New Year's Eve before our flight back home. We arrived at opening and had a reservation, though it looked like we didn't need one. I was worried that might mean it wasn't going to be good, but luckily it turned out to be a great meal! The restaurant is beautiful, bigger than most in downtown... More

The Market Place - New Year's Eve (12/31/2016) Reservation was right on time; pleasant staff; server was attentive and friendly. The drinks were expertly made, and the food was prepared just as requested - beef tendereloin was yummy. Atmoshere was festive and all diners from all tables shared a wonderful culinary delight as well as friendly atmosphere.
