This trip to Asheville was a sister weekend of shopping and much talking. The Bier Garden is very casual and afforded us the perfect stop after a long afternoon of shopping. The Kobe burger was excellent. The wait staff was very attentive and certainly added to the joy of the afternoon.

While visiting Black Mountain we decided to go into Asheville and find some dinner. This place was the winner and I am glad. Not only was there many different types of beer, they had a great menu and the food tasted awesome. Will definitely visit again.

My Wife and I were running short on time before a show at the U.S. Cellular Center and this was close so we stopped in for a quick dinner. I had the Blackened Wild Boar Burger and my Wife had the Baked Brisket Mac and Cheese. The Wild Boar meat makes an excellent burger. Anyone who had had Wild Boar... More

Inside this place is really a huge sports bar but we managed to get seats away from the TV's and by the large open windows looking out over the street. My friend ordered the blue cheese burger and it looked great and she said it was very tasty. I had Brisket mac 'n cheese which was a really small portion... More

We ordered the blackened mahi & French dip. Both were good & the meal was reasonable. Environment was nothing fancy, but our waitress was attentive & friendly.

We always have a good time here no matter what the time of day or year. Lots of beer and food is good plus its not over priced like a lot of places in asheville. But whats cheap in asheville lol. Plus its right in downtown so cant beat it for the walking around and drinking nightlife

They have a wide range of local beers and decent cocktails along with pool tables, arcade games, lots of tables for sitting and people watching, and two bars. Can get popping on the weekend with a large college /young adult crowd and some dancing.

I had the salted caramel stout and it was A-MAZING! The food is really good too. I had the French dip and it was super tasty! The beer list is ridiculously impressive!
