You need reservations because it is always packed. Friendly service. Delicious Southern breakfast. Everything we ordered was worth waiting for. Not a biscuit fan, usually, but the biscuits here were amazing.

What a great find! casual atmosphere with innovative, healthy comfort food. Loved the brussels sprouts! parking can be an issue, but that is the way it is with a downtown restaurant. Worth it though!!!!!

The food and the service was excellent. Have not stopped talking about it. Would recommend to everyone for the food and the pleasant and staff. The shrimp and grits were the best we've had.

We ate dinner at Tupelo Honey Cafe while visiting the Biltmore Estate. It is highly rated on the internet and the menu looked really good. We had about a 30 minute wait but there is plenty in the vicinity to occupy your time and they text you when your table is ready. The menu was mostly Southern but interesting versions.... More

First time at Tupelo and was very disappointed. The service was not good. I asked three times for the biscuits and jelly and never received them. Asked for a refill on my coffee and it arrived just about the time we were leaving. My wife ordered the veggie burger and it was prepared "fried" with a thick crust...not good at... More

The creamy onion soup is delicious! The biscuits and jelly are perfection. You cannot go wrong with the fried chicken. Very popular restaurant but so worth the wait!

Yummy yummy! Well made, quality food. Cute country atmosphere! The biscuits are to die for! With honey and blueberry compote! I am drooling. Make sure to try he ocra appetizer, great flavor not spicy. My fried green tomato BLT was on point. They have a full bar if needed!

Came in for breakfast on a Friday morning. Surprisingly not as busy as expected and easily was about to handle our party of 7. The food was great, was the highlight of our trip. Couldn't recommend more.

Great food every time we go. They have a chorizo chili nacho that is very good. Its been a few years since we had a full on dining experience here. But every time we are in Asheville we try to stop in.

Thank Eric M

Our Southern dishes and libations are served with a creative twist and a smile, and we serve our guests nothing that we wouldn't want on our own supper table. When we play with our food (and we think it's okay), the result is scrumptious. We're rooted in the Mountain South, and our menu is inspired by time-honored traditions: pickling and frying, canning and preserving, and utilizing seasonal produce and ingredients to prepare delicious, scratch-made creations.
