This is a MUST stop! Make sure to make reservations as the wait can be very long. It is worth the trip. Great food and great atmosphere. The southern shakshuka was amazing!

We went to brunch here and the biscuits/honey were fantastic. The shakshuka was a lot, on some cheesy grits. I would suggest but it's a bit expensive

We had a fairly good meal at the downtown location but were dissapointed by the quality of the food at their Hendersonville location. I ordered a cobb salad to go which was half wilted on receipt and lacking in bacon and blue cheese. The staff...More

The warm biscuits with the berry compote, honey and butter... need I say more? If you go to the Hendersonville, NC location, ask for Patrick! He's so nice, knowledgeable and did a great job at serving my picky family.

The space at the downtown Asheville location is cozy with tables fairly close to each other. So, there is no "grand entrance" where one is observed by an entire restaurant. We went for dinner in spring time and dressed... More

I did not see any pets when Imwas there. I don't believe there would be sufficient room for pets, however, I did not see any signs of "no pets allowed" . Loved the restaurant, food excellent!!

Description
Our Southern dishes and libations are served with a creative twist and a smile, and we serve our guests nothing that we wouldn't want on our own supper table. When we play with our food (and we think it's okay), the result is scrumptious. We're rooted in the Mountain South, and our menu is inspired by time-honored traditions: pickling and frying, canning and preserving, and utilizing seasonal produce and ingredients to prepare delicious, scratch-made creations.
