We visited on a Sunday morning...arriving at 10:30...we were seated at ~12:15. Very busy place! They have a garden out back that you can walk thru while waiting, or you can have coffee (self serve) and sit/listen to a dude playing some form of guitar. Small venue, but the food is amazing! We had eggs, bacon, biscuits, grits, and a... More

I always order the same thing; Huevos Ranchos... If you like black beans, chunky potatoes, eggs, avacado, Spanish sausage, and crema, this is your "go to" dish. My hubs orders a biscuit, bacon and grits every time. Boring works for us.

Kudos for accommoding pets! We were traveling with our dog and not many restaurants can accommodate. Food was excellent and service also. Really appreciate all the fresh quality and local produce. Understand why this restaurant is highly rated. Would return again.

We have enjoyed breakfast here a few times - hands down the best in town! The staff provide exceptional service (and entertaining). We were lucky to stop in on the day were were offering fresh donuts (each day the "treat" changes) Heavenly!!! Tried the sweet potato waffle, fabulous French Toast with their homemade bread, traditional breakfast with the creative twist.... More

We arrived about 10 AM and it was crowded. I had strawberry and granola (baked) and wife had the French Toast. My food was good, wife has had better FT. Prices were high IMO. Service was friendly and efficient. Place is slightly overrated...

We were looking for someplace to have breakfast in Asheville and this restaurant had great reviews online. There was a huge line when we got there but decided to wait since we were on vacation & didn't have another option picked out. There were beverages available while you waited. So glad we waited! The food was fantastic, the potions large... More

Stopped by this spot due to their #1 rating on trip advisor. Definitely holds true to that #1 spot. Service staff was attentive and able to answer questions about the menu. Started with a great selection of the pimento cheese bruchetta. Could definitely taste the freshness of the heirloom tomatoes. As entrees we ordered the Chipotle cheese, shrimp and grits... More

Bad service, rude, disorganized. Cannot spend an evening waiting for food because waiter/manager are not organized/coordinated.

Everything here is made to order, so if you want fast service...go somewhere else. Well worth the wait. I had the shrimp & grits, my companion had the trout and as an appetizer we had the fried green tomatoes. Dessert was the pound cake and berry tart. Everything was fantastic!!!! Our server was awesome, he was entertaining, knowledgeable and on point.... More
