Our family only spent a couple of days in Ashville and this was the one place I wanted to make sure we ate at. We had a short wait but while waiting enjoyed an amazing bloody mary on the patio. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the black bean tostadas with grilled chicken. Portions are large, we all had food... More

We picked this place for lunch following our relaxing float with the Asheville Outdoor Center. I had the fried green tomato sandwich and fries: yummy! just yummy. My traveling companion went with the carrot hotcakes and pecan waffles, those too were declared fantastically flavorful. The service: spot on!! Jarod, I think that was his name, treated our table like it... More

The top-notch tradition of Sunny Point Cafe continues as do wait times. This time waiting was outside, cool and not so long. The food was, as usual, fresh and attractive. The coffee was there before I could open my mouth. The service quick and attentive. Despite a little wait and the noise of people chatting, I recommend you put a... More

This place knows how to do breakfast! They also know how to make kids happy. I loved that they gave my 3 year old a potato head to play with and crayons and paper. I also loved that they worked healthy ingredients into the regular kids fare. Her pancakes were full of shredded carrots and she still loved it! I... More

Why would folks sit outside under the shade trees drinking freshly ground Guatemalan coffee? Because that is the level of service all receive prior to being seated at the Sunny Point Cafe. Attentive, friendly staff, exceptional and creative brunch themed meals. Worth waiting for👍🏼

Breakfast was great even though there was quite a wait. They have a great system for alerting you when your table is ready. There is coffee and water for you while you wait and an adorably funky garden in the back to enjoy. Unique menu, too!

My favorite West Asheville spot for brunch! This quirky little restaurant packs a lot of bang for the buck, as regards food and space! There is ALWAYS a line, but I have never been disappointed for waiting. Fresh, delicious food is their motto in my opinion and the biscuits cannot be topped, unless it is with local jam! If you... If you can, please make sure you try both of these! This adorable place for breakfast had great food and even better service! Definitely more crowded during brunch.

We had lunch at sunny point and found the place charming, friendly, fun with exceptional food. The bacon is unbelievable. I almost ordered an additional side of it. The biscuits were great. A bit like a Rich croissant like version of a southern biscuit. There own home jam was outstanding too. Loved our waiter most of all. David Jones, our... More
