Staying in the hotel and just decided to eat dinner here. The waiter was great. He has Personality and funny. I had the okra, fries and BBQ. The BBQ was not impressive. It was a little tough... but that okra! That okra was amazing as well as the salt and vinegar fries. Definitely worth having again.

This restaurant is located in Asheville’s Sheraton’s Four Points Hotel. This was our second visit in four years. The restaurant serves its guests and local patrons. In the early morning, you may find tour groups getting a bite to eat.
The breakfasts are special. There is an ample buffet table filled with many items. I loved the crispy bacon.
You can take the scrambled eggs on the buffet, or even order eggs to order. I not only had scrambled eggs, but ordered “eggs over easy.” They came out just right.
We thought the service was extremely attentive and friendly. The prices have remained the same for several years. We give Chop House thumbs up.

surprised by the guality of the food because the service was not very attentive at dinner the first night. Service improved during the breakfast buffett. For dinner I had the sour dough patty melt, the only thing missing to make this a top contender in patty melts is the rye bread. Large and crisp, very tasty. The breakfast buffett the following morning had a good selection breakfasts items including mini quiche and bisquits and gravy. The server was very attentive and checked back often.

We (two couples) went to the Chop House for after dinner drinks since we were staying at the Sheraton next door The bartender was rude from the minute we walked in There were no other patrons and I think he just wanted to go home, however, it was only 9:00 pm and they didn’t close until 11 pm My wife asked for an espresso martini and the bartender told her this is a hotel bar and they don’t make fancy drinks like that She then asked for a vodka soda with a “splash” of cranberry and he rolled his eyes He claimed that I was visibly intoxicated when I asked for a second drink and wouldn’t serve me Our friends thought he was just being funny but he was serious Again.., he just didn’t want to be there. We left. Terrible experience This is not a Chop House bar….it’s a hotel bar and it feels like it

We went in and the lights in the restaurant were going dimming and brightening. We had to seat ourselves and it took the bartender/only waitress 5 minutes to come to the table. Then when we ordered, I wanted a steak. She said they had no steaks, so I ordered pork chops. She came back 10 minutes later and told us the had no pork chops. It’s called the Chop House and they had no meat other than chicken.

I was staying at the Sherton and wanted some much needed R&R. For dinner I had to go and took it back to the room. I ordered the smoked wings. Man, they sure we're good. They had the best dry rub on them. Get the 3 sides plate with slaw, potato salad and collards. These sides were amazing. All made fresh in house. Best collards I've ever had. The staff was so inviting. Breakfast. Eggs, bacon, and hash browns. I ask for a bun instead of toast. It was excellent. It was so nice to order and eat at the hotel, in my room. Give them a try, you'll be happy you did.

Full bar and food in Four Points Hotel by Sheraton with free parking. We only had breakfast which was excellent. $6 for continental and $12 for full breakfast plus tip for the good service. See photos once posted.

From the decor with reclaimed wood and stacked stone in soothing colors to the tables, booths and bar, this restaurant is a winner! They serve full ($12.)and continental breakfast ($6.) Until 11am and dinner 5-10pm. We loved seeing Sindy a server with a gracious, people personality always circulating, looking for what you might need. Then there's Chef Michelle whom we just can't say enough about! Everything that comes out of the kitchen when she's cooking is creative, varied and delicious. Her food is always sure to please. The breakfast buffet is a deal. Not sure how they keep the hot items so hot and always fresh but it's terrific. Chef Michelle always has a kind word to say as she repeatedly checks on the buffet as well as checking out the dining area. The bar has a nice variety of local beer, wines and cocktails. We haven't had dinner there yet but we will. Thanks to the great staff!

Grabbed 2 continental breakfasts on our way out of town. Employee’s were nice and helpful, although they charged me for more than I bought (3 breakfasts instead of 2). After bringing it to their attention they created another check and charged me for the correct amount, claiming they couldn’t print a void statement for the other charge and that it would be handled. Upon checking my bank account I see an additional charge for $38 and call to complain. Breakfast manager Sundy says they charged my card for someone else's check (when were they going to tell me this?) and that it would be “handled.” All in all I’m out almost $75 for 2 continental breakfasts with no proof the charges will me taken off. I’m livid. Don’t bother with this place.

The Chop House is my favorite place to have breakfast when traveling to Asheville. The atmosphere and employees are great. Brent, the Chef, and Jason, the Line Cook always ask for any particulars you might want included with your meal, especially omelets! Service is exceptional by Cindy and Kateland who always anticipate any needs I may have as far as condiments, etc...and are great people as all employees there are.

At first I couldn't decide which type of Eggs Benedict they had. I chose the traditional with ham and hollandaise sauce. I wasn't a fan of the ham, but that's not their fault, I just like salty country ham. Their side choices were home fries, grits and oatmeal. I picked the oatmeal, it was made just right, creamy. The establishment was quiet. A nice place to stop by if you work downtown or staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, which is where this restaurant is located. Great service.

Stopped in this morning while leaving my hotel room. Smelled really good so decided to give it a try. Was met immediately by our server Autumn smiling and eager to please. She asked for my drink order and I asked for tea, she had no fresh tea but would run back and brew some! So eager to please! Of course I told her orange juice would be fine. We had a really great breakfast at the bar which the chef tended constantly. Will absolutely eat here when we come back. Great food, great staff, very clean and a pleasure to sit down and eat here. Made for a nice trip hope.... full and satisfied!

We have a wonderful experience at the Chop House with Cindy and Autumn. They both made our night great by taking care of our every need. I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and service.

Had a great time, we were there on Black Friday weekend and Autumn and Cindy were great... Autumn was bartender for the night and this of course was not what she normally does, she was a pro.. I would go there again just to hang out with the staff. Cindy was sweet and very helpful, anything we ask she made it happen...love them both. We were there for dinner late night drinks and then breakfast!!

This facility is co-loated with the Sheraton Four Points. Top tier elite guests get a free breakfast, which can be either the buffet or from the menu. All items were well prepared. Excellent service.
