The decor is very rustic and beautiful... Lots of conversation pieces. The service was good with a food wine selection. The food is a a little off the beaten past but they have a nice selection of steaks for those that might not care for the rustic choices like elk.

Consistent food, great ambiance, wines and a joined bar. The menu is fresh, specialties with game, and beef. Try the ribeye, it's constraints to incredible. A must try for those in the area!

We stopped by at the bar before heading for dinner elsewhere. We did not stay at the hotel but loved the interior very much and the bar was very cosy too. It was very early and the place was nearly empty still the bartenener's attentiveness seemed very genuine. We had a couple of cocktails (me) and beers (hubby) and had... More

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel until we departed the entire staff treated us with the upmost care! You Expect this type service from this Type Facility, however sometimes it doesn't happen . We stayed at the hotel for two nights And after reviewing the Red Stags Grill menu we decided to give it a try. I had... More

We had dinner at Red Stag mainly because of a package deal with the hotel (The Grand Bohemian), but so glad we did. The décor fits in with the hotel to give that unique funky vibe. Our food was awesome. I highly recommend the Bohemian Sampler for an appetizer, YUM! My husband had filet and I had a pasta dish... More

On our travels each summer to the eastern seashore, we make sure to stop at the Grand Bohemian and the Red Stag. Always an incredible experience! On our way through to Hickory, we arrived late and ordered nibbles at the bar. The live music was a plus. On our way back four days later, we enjoyed a full dinner experience.... More

The meal was good but extremely pricey for the content. The service was good but not extraordinary which it should have been at these prices. The atmosphere was just not me. I am not really into the foo foo culture. My wife wanted to leave. I said no let's just do this and cross it off the bucket list. It... More

Excellent food and atmosphere. The hotel it is located in is breathtaking and enjoyable to walk around the lobby area. The food is a bit pricey, but worth it. Best advised to make a reservation. You will not be disappointed by the food or the service.

It was our first visit to this lovely city and we made the right choice in dining at the Red Stag Grill. Starting with an appetizer of roasted oysters, topped with a tarragon seasoned spinach and garlic butter topping. Simply delightful! Paul our waiter recommended the New Zealand sourced Elk loin. Cooked to a medium rare and in a sauce... More
