After enjoying wandering through the Biltmore gardens, my husband and I drove over to the Bistro restaurant located at the Biltmore Estate Winery. Mara, our server, was welcoming, helpful with the menu and made sure all was well with our lunch. We started our lunch with the Pork Belly appetizer...delicious. I had the Avocado Turkey sandwich which was very tasty... More

After enjoying a session of wine tasting we had dinner in the Bistro and enjoyed more of the Biltmore wines with dinner. The salmon was cooked beautifully and the flank steak on the plancha was spiced and cooked very well. The atmosphere was good for conversation and the service attentive but unobtrusive.

Wonderful food. Even though the portions look small, could not finish our meal. Great service too. The picture is of the scallops.

Food was good, but we felt overpriced. This is due in part b/c you're within the Biltmore Estate grounds. Wait staff was attentive, knowledgable about the menu items and helpful working with my youngest child to make a "kid-friendly" meal (they don't have a kids menu).

Very good food, for the price. I also recommend visiting the gift shops in the old horse stables for a real treat. They have wine samplings and wonderful tasting dips & sauces.

We ate here the first night we were there. It was very good and convenient. That was helpful since we'd been travelling and it was raining.

The Bistro is a refreshing change to the standard resort restaurant. Food and wine pairings with local products. Gluten free and dairy free options. Great wine and service! Always looking forward to a meal here after a wine tasting!

We ate at the bistro on several occasions because it was so good. I think this was by far the best food on the estate and We did eat at every restaurant on the estate. I would recommend the octopus which was incredible. All the seafood was unique, fresh, and prepared perfectly. Vegetables and fruits were fresh. I cannot say... More

Disappointed in this restaurant!!! Husband ordered a main course of risotto and peas. Risotto is supposed to be creamy. This was watery and such a small portion to be like a side dish, not a main course. I ordered the carrot soup which was very good, and the grilled scallops, also good. We noticed many people had very skimpy main... More

We have eaten at the Bistro at least 3 times, and it has been excellent every time, for both service and food quality. The menus change seasonally, so the offerings vary. We tend to usually order cheese and French Onion Soup. Both are consistently good. This is my favorite place to eat when visiting Biltmore. Reservations highly recommended.
