I was very excited when I saw this place; once it was a theater and now, charm restaurant. I Loved stuff; they were very pleasant, and what I call- enjoying their jobs! Cocktails are great (Merlin Monroe for ladies-great way to refresh on hot day)and food was pretty good. Overall the atmosphere left strong impression on me- would recommend!

The Globe is an interesting combination of art, entertainment and consistently good food in a local restaurant & pub in historic downtown Berlin Maryland. The atmosphere is casual and in the evenings except for nites of music , trivia and special events, old movies are shown on a big screen in the main dinning room. The staff is friendly and... More

My wife and I dined here more often ca. 2009-2011. Since then it seems to have gone downhill and down-scale. The food was average, the wine list expensive, service was basic and the noise was too loud (canned music and bar patrons). This used to be a place to enjoy a nice, semi-upscale dinner, but now it's more like a... More

The Globe was recommended to us by other visitors at the town visitors bureau. It is a converted movie theater. Atmosphere is fun. Greeters and wait staff are great. We both ordered a seafood burrito which was good, but we both found the potent salsa overwhelmed the delicate flavored of the crab, scallops and shrimp. Also, in mine, most of... More

Our server was sweet...the menu offered a lot of different choices and the beer offered was diverse. We enjoyed our food and the experience. ps it... More

After a few meals of eating crab in Ocean City, we were looking for something different. The Globe was worth the drive to Berlin. Steak plate was excellent as well as special miso soup. My daughter liked the grilled cheese. Staff was exceptionally nice!!

Stopped in on a whim with my daughter for lunch. Interesting atmosphere. Would have loved if the staff offered a little history on the theater/restaurant. Food was good (although could have been warmer). Prices reasonable. Unique and decent service. Good variety on menu. Bar scene too. Nice find.

The seafood burrito was cold, overly spicy and inedible. Ordered 2nd meal and barely acceptable after 30 min wait. Far better restaurants next door

Stopped in for dinner with the kids before the fireworks. Wider menu than other places in Pocomoke & Snow Hill. Lively bar, fun cocktails, good beer menu, original art and old time silent movies playing above the converted stage in back dining area. Freezing air conditioning in July, wear long pants and bring a sweater! Great choice in area around... More

My husband and I eat here often and we've never been disappointed. You are always greeted pleasantly at the front door and the wait never seems to be long. We have tried dozens of selections on the menu and they have never disappointed. Of course a staple is the Cream of Crab-excellent. And I can hardly go there without having... More
