Stopped here after leaving the beach to grab a quick sandwich. The grilled tuna was perfect. So tasty. Reasonably priced and quick, professional, and friendly service. I will definitely return for a sit down meal. Thank you!

The $75 seafood dinner was well worth it! We've driven by here plenty of time and didn't know the place was open until we saw an ad in the local paper. The restaurant is large and good for big groups and it's family friendly. I...thought the prices were good for a seafood house. You'll enjoy the food here and will like it. If you plan to visit Assateague Island National/State Parks you can stop here for plenty of other deals for takeout designed for campers at the park.More
We make it a point to stop here every year unfortunately the prices at Frontier Town have gone through the roof and we can no longer afford Ocean City
Wonderful and inviting atmosphere. Our waitress was wonderful. We ordered medium sized crabs, a dozen for $60. We have never had the local crab before and our waitress showed us how to open the crab. The crab was tasty, I enjoyed the experience and would...return again.More
$210 for 36 crabs and a pound of shrimp to go. When we ordered they said they were medium crabs. We ordered a half bushel, when we counted it was 36…. Which would’ve been ok if they had anything in them. They were so light...it was ridiculous. We normally get crabs in Virginia and have never had such light crabs. I would definitely not go there for the crabs. On another note, the staff was very friendly and the inside of the restaurant was nice.More
Delicious food! Great management! Great service! Generous servings! We would very highly recommend!!
The food was great and our waitress Crystal, was the best!!! She was so attentive and always coming to our table to see if we need anything. She is certainly an asset to this restaurant!
Truly the "Best Kept Sea-cret" around! Not much to look at from the road, but this place is worth checking out if you want the best crabcakes in the area. I ordered the Steak and Crabcake dish for my entree, which was served with green...beans and mashed potatoes. Steak was a tad overcooked (asked for medium and it came out nearly well), but still juicy and tender. The mashed potatoes were packed with flavor, absolutely delicious. The crabcake was the real star of the night. It tasted so fresh and clean, not packed with breading and filler like so many other places. Lumps of crabmeat were breaking off easily and with just enough seasoning to let the dish speak for itself. I left my tartar sauce untouched and ended up ordering a second cake to share with family because it was just that good. If you decide to go, ask for Matt. Great server who made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish.More
From the crushed shell parking lot to the fantastic mural just inside, this place really makes you feel like your at the beach. I ordered takeout and loved looking around at all the unique decorations. The food was very good. I had fish and chips...and the best Cream of Crab Soup! It was a little pricey, but worth it! It’s worth the trip!More
This was a hoppin' place for sure, but I liked the atmosphere and the food was pretty good, too. I had various things made out of crab. Not sure I'd go again, a bit touristy with lots of large parties, but if it's not too...crowded, it wouldn't be a bad place to grab a bite.More
Great option for seafood within minutes of Assateague Island. Good selection. Got take out due to Covid and everything tasted good. Only downside is prices were bit steep for the food.
We just ate at the Assateague Crab House for the first time, this past Saturday. Since we got there a bit before 4, there was no waiting for a table. But it filled while we were there. Overall it was fabulous The stuffed mushrooms were...some of the best we've ever had. We chose the platter for 2 with the snow crab, shrimp, clams, and more crabs. It was so good. Our Server Sherri, was so kind and helpful. She showed us the best way to eat those Maryland Crabs. The Beer was super cold. and food hot and delicious. We cant wait to go back to do it again.More
We finally stopped in for dinner and found it was the last nite for the season (Oct. 12, 2019)! We didn't have to wait for a table and got a quite booth. Our Steamed Little Neck Clam ($9.99) appy was very good...one dud clam full...of sand that they replaced for us with 3 extra! The cup of Cream of Crab Soup ($6.99) was very good as well. My 1lb of Steamed Snow Crab Legs with 2 sides (Cole Slaw and Fries - $23.99) was very fresh, the legs were on the smaller side though and my wife enjoyed her Single Broiled Crab Cake Dinner ($19.99) with 2 sides (side salad and baked potato). Our server was very attentive and friendly. Lots of free on-site parking. We will definitely come back next spring!More
I got a caesar salad, the steak and crab cake as well as a baked potato... from start to finish the meal was wonderful. Even the fountain coke i was drinking tasted better than most restaurants. Our waitress Tara made the experience that much better,...she was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of. Currently waiting for the fire to be made to heat up the cookies I got to go. Definitely recommend going!More
Thank you!
This place was great - very family friendly. I loved the game room - it allowed the adults to eat the ALL YOU CAN EAT dinners while the kids didn't get bored. The waitress was super friendly. I just wish there were a few more...healthier options for dinner - like a chicken breast. I ordered the ribs and chicken - it was great - don't get me wrong - but all the options were very heavy options. The kids enjoyed their dinners too!More
