If you go here, plan on enjoying the food as long as you accept the iffy service. Ate here twice and enjoyed the food both times. Clams verde - broth was wonderful! Babyback Ribs - fall off bone tender and moist! Elk Stew - iconic,...More

I wish I could review this restaurant on their food, but we had to walk out due to the non-existent service. We walked in and were sat down inside the restaurant. There were some people seated outside, but I'm not sure how many. It was...More

Stopped here on way through Moab because gluten free options were mentioned online-very happy we did. Sat outside in a very pretty outdoor courtyard and we both had the Moab Burger- mine on a gluten free bun and my husband’s was regular. We were both...More

We went to this place due to its proximity to our hotel. We were trying to decide if we wanted to sit on the restaurant or bar side and a gentlemen came out and told us that it was the same food in both areas....More

Eat outside in the beautiful patio area. Lots of different foods but not if you are vegan or vegetarian but I made do. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Prices very reasonable. Due to the “state liquor store crash” they were out of some beer...More

Great casual atmosphere on the patio and great home made comfort food! The bison meatloaf is a real winner. Need to go back to try the rest of the menu.

We had the Elk Stew and the Barbequed Baby Back Ribs. The stew was so good even with the warm weather. Ribs were so tender, the meat just fell from the bone. So delicious. Chris, our waiter wasn’t one to talk much but nevertheless he...More

It’s definitely not your ordinary grill place! Best sweet potato fries and sauce we’ve had, yummy. The Chicken Diablo was huge and definitely shareable, two full chicken breasts and great flavor.

As far as I know Atomic Lounge has been around for about years. Before that it went by another name known for its steaks, ribs, and down home cooking. Enjoy
