My sister had heard this was THE spot to go to in Moab. It was a food truck, and my typical cynicism to food trucks is 'overpriced, small portioned food that you wait forever for and usually isn't very good'. Welp - that was honestly...the best quesadilla I think I've ever had. It was pricey, but it's a tourist place, so that's kind of the expectation. Food was up in a reasonable time and we ate it under adjacent umbrellas. I'd happily eat here again.More

Too much meat and not enough of the other ingredients. Meat overpowered the other flavors. Was picking a lot of the meat out to discard.

You had us at Identity Crisis!!!! LOL I would choose here over any brick and mortar restaurant in a heartbeat. Wow!! Is all we can say for customer service and quality of food. It was so good my son came back the next day for...a lunch to go on the road. Fresh and delicious.More

It was 105 degrees when we were in Moab and we weren't really that hungry each day. We thought quesadillas would be a perfect lunch and Quesadilla Mobilla did not disappoint! The quesadillas are massive and delicious. You get both salsa and sour cream to...dip them in. They have a shaded seating area with misters just beyond the Food Truck park.More

The fact that this food truck has over 1,500 reviews on Tripadvisor and is rated 5 stars caught our attention. In our opinion, they serve the best quesadilla we have ever had so far. It's simply delicious, crunchy and with plenty of fillings. Their salsa...is as great as their quesadilla. They definitely deserve the 5-star ratings.More

Quesadilla Mobilla was as good as advertised. The portion sizes are huge, so you might consider sharing. Everything we had was excellent and after a morning of hiking, hit the spot!

Rolling into town, we knew we wanted to check in to our hotel and grab lunch. We love food truck rallys! On the corner, just outside of the 'official' MOAB Food Truck Square was Quesadilla Mobilla. We gave it a shot, and we were not...disappointed. They make 1 Quesadilla an ENTIRE meal. We thought, maybe a quesadilla a little ice cream and a drink. After that quesadilla we were stuffed, no ice cream needed(other than to battle the heat). Great truck, definitely try it out.More

Fabulous food, 5 star flavor with the nicest folks running the business. Outdoor seating in the shade with misters on a hot day. We'll be back!

After a day of hiking in Arches, this was a perfect meal to refuel us. We had a Fiery Fungus and New Mexico Identity Crisis. Both were tasty and very filling! We even split between us to be able to enjoy a variety!

We had went off roading and stopped here for lunch. It was really good. We both got the simple chicken and cheese quesadillas and there was so much filling we probably could have split one. The reviews don't lie, this place is great! (Keep in...mind the hours are 11-5 so plan accordingly)More

We had eaten here during our last time in Moab and, since opening hours are somewhat limited (11-5-ish), we made sure to arrive in time to have dinner here. So good and so reasonable! My husband finished his whole quesadilla, but I ended up bringing...half of mine back to the hotel to enjoy later. I had the New Mexico Identity Crisis and he had the Fiery Fungus. Both were super yummy. Service is fast and friendly. For dessert, we grabbed gelatos at the adjacent Food Truck Park - also delicious and reasonably-priced. This place lives up to its rating; you won't regret eating here!More

SO GOOD and reasonably priced! We tried the mushroom one and the pork one and I’d get either again. 100% will return on our next trip.

On two different days we asked our tour guides where is the best place to eat in Moab, this was the place mentioned first. So, we felt compelled to try it and it was amazing! They even accommodated a gluten allergy.
