I still salivate when I think of the taste of the shredded beef, mushroom and chile quesadilla. It was 100% worth trying it !

Quesadilla mobillia. Moab Moab isn't known for its food...but we stumbled upon this food truck and thought we would give it a try. Weren't we in for a surprise! I think it's the best and most popular inexpensive place to eat in Moab! All the quesadillas were really good. They were so good that we returned the next day for... More

Excellent food and enough to share(seniors!). We had chicken artichoke which was tasty! $8.75 was a gourmet delight, too!

Had the spicy and sweet and loved it. There are some nice tables set around the food truck and it's nice to relax and eat outside.

What a treat to find this little gem in Moab. Food was outstanding and located right in the heart of town. Tables set up to eat at and enjoy the outdoors. Best quesadilla ever! If in Moab, be sure to stop here!

Just remember they open at 11 and close... More

Very good quesadillas. We ordered the Fiery Fungus and Enchanted Chicken. If there's a line, just be patient.

... Trip Advisor can be a helpful tool, but some of the places that are rated #1 in a category just leave you shaking your head. The Mobilla is not one of those places: it's the real deal. Far and away the best eating in the Moab area. Quick, fresh Mexican food, with some solid healthy options. The portions are... More
