We ate at the Quesadilla Mobilla in October 2020 and we both had the chicken quesadillas. At $9 each it seemed a little pricey but when we got it we were pleased to have a substantial meal. The chicken was pleasantly prepared, moist, and fresh. The cheese and peppers were likewise fresh and tasty. Easy to find parking nearby and the crowd moves pretty fast so you can find a table with ease or just eat in your car if you want.

My hubby and I came here after searching the reviews and were not disappointed. Was as described although I would say the $ range was more like $12 pp if you are truly hungry and want a beverage. Still worth the value, wait, and possible lack of seating if you want to chow down at the outdoor dining area. The recommended quesadilla was $9 and looked humble in the box until I whipped it out and it weighed a ton, heavy and full of meat, peppers, cheese and all sorts of SW goodness. The cheese dip and green salsa was really, really good, too. Kinda cool to enjoy the meal on the busy Moab main drag, felt totally on vacation. Best lunch of our trip.

The quesadillas are flavorful and the service is speedy. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat you won’t find a better bang for your buck. You can definitely spend about the same or more at a fast food joint and feel crappy after. I would eat here again! The cubano quesadilla was good! The lady taking the orders could smile a bit more and be a bit friendlier.

I am actually completely shocked at the rating of this place. I'm just going to go out on a limb and say that everyone who gave this place high ratings probably eats garbage on a regular basis. $2 for a store-bought bag of tortilla chips and $2 for nasty tasting 2 oz of guacamole that is not authentic or homemade. They pump it out of some container into a tiny cup for you. I threw it in the garbage after two bites. The Cubano quesadilla that I ordered had jalapenos on it. Cool, I like jalapenos. But they put the pickled jalapenos on it and that pretty much took over the entire quesadilla and that's all you taste in every bite. They probably Crock-Pot the pork. I'm pissed that I wasted my money and 40 minutes of my time waiting for this garbage. The chick that was serving us had a nasty apron on and a huge burn on her arm that was not bandaged up so every time she leaned on the counter she put her open wound on it. Don't waste your time at this place, despite the lines. It's probably all tourists who fell for the hype like I did.

This modest food truck has created and serves the most creative fresh and affordable quesadillas we have ever had in the Rocky Mountains. Their enchanted chicken ($9) is a huge portion packed with chicken good for two lunches. The Beef "Cubano's Cousin" with red chili sauce is equally large -fresh, flavorful, also $9. Note open only 11 to 6. Outdoor seating only; COVID-19 safety rules in place. Don’t miss this place when in Moab.

Our group got Enchanted Chicken and Kimchi Quesdedilla - They have a sign that claims that there is a beef shortage so they don't have any beef quesadillas available. Kind of strange because every other restaurant in town has beef. Anyway - this might be the highest rated place in town, not exactly sure why. Food is cheap ~$9 each quesadilla and you get the food pretty quickly, but kinda had the feeling I could make the same thing at home. Food is good, but didn't really amaze or astound. Guess it's missing a special sauce or something that keeps you coming back. Overall good food, just don't expect it to be the best food in town.

Soooo disappointed! After reading all the reviews, I was so excited to try this place. When we showed up at 12:30 in the afternoon there were about 12 people waiting in line, which only made me more excited!! After about 15 minutes in line, the gentleman ahead of us ordered 22 quesadillas!!!!!! Everyone in line behind him was horrified!! There should be a limit or at least a call ahead request for this type of order in the middle of lunch time. With a “Help Wanted” sign front and center as well as a sign that stated “No special requests, they take too long and we are busy”, I think someone made a bad decision to cash in on this one individual. I counted only a total of 3 employees and we calculated this would take forever for our order to be ready, so we left. ☹️

For a $10 meal, you can’t go wrong! I’ve had a bunch of them, but the New Mexico Identity Crisis is my favorite. It’s definitely a modern twist on a quesadilla and they pack ‘em full! The chipotle sour cream and hot sauce are great; while they do not skimp on the toppings, they are a bit stingy with the chipotle sour cream. But what do you expect for $10. My wife and I live 40 minutes from Moab. We usually grab lunch here when in town. I highly recommend

Our family hit 4 of the quesadillas offered on the menu. Each were tasty and flavorful with generous amounts of meats and toppings. The flavors ranged from sweet and tangy (Sweet ‘n Spicy) to having a kick (Cubano’s Cousin). Everyone walked away satisfied and happy we choose the truck. There is a good sitting area with the truck, centered under a big shade tree and some sun sails. The tables were spread to accommodate for distancing. Despite the absolute temptation to enjoy the afternoon weather the tables turned over pretty quickly so there was plenty of seating. Skip the guacamole and chips though. For $2 each you get a small convenience store bag of chips and a condiment sized cup of guac.

Best quesadillas we’ve had, and we’ve lived/traveled all over the US and abroad. The food is made to order, so people complaining about the wait need to just go to McDonalds. These quesadillas are amazing and can be adapted to just about any allergy. Will definitely visit again and recommend to others!

I stopped at this funky Quesadilla Mobilla food truck around 3:45 and there was already a long line. The sign says that they sell out between 4-6 p.m. Now I can see why! The gourmet Quesadillas come in a selection of chicken, pork or vegetarian combinations. I had the “Sweet ‘n’ Spicy” with fresh spinach, roasted sweet potato, black beans, roasted red peppers and green chilies. It came sliced for easy eating and accompanied by salsa and a delicious chipotle sour cream. Yum!

This food truck is located right downtown in Moab, and normal hours are 11-6, or until they run out. The selections are diverse, with veggie options. The salsa verde and chipotle lime sour cream were perfect complement to the overstuffed quesadillas. Lines can be long but there’s ample area to sit and it’s right next to a food truck park that have other choices for food. Make sure to grab extra napkins. So yummy!

Located directly next to the Moab Food Truck Park, this place was always busy. They have a lot of options for quesadillas and for people will all tastes. They have vegetarian and vegan options. The quesadillas are thick and filling. You will have to wait for your food, especially during the lunch rush, but it is well worth it. They have plenty seating next to the truck and will call out your name over the loudspeaker when your order is ready. The quesadillas come with sour cream (regular or chipotle) and salsa (mild or hot).

My wife and I got two of the “vegans.” They say it is just a “sweet and spicy” minus the sour cream. Since I like spice more than my wife, I would say I loved it! She thought it was good, but very spicy. I also bought some extra guacamole. The container seemed a little small for $2, but that is usually the case in a tourist area. I can see why they are the number one restaurant in Moab.

Walked up to order at an OUTDOOR food truck and they refused to allow us to order because they decided my mask didn't follow their guidelines (whatever that means). I was ordering for my husband, I think their food is tasteless and overrated. Our group eats there a few times per year. Never again! They lost some loyal customers today with their rude behavior!
