I had two good experiences here after haven eaten at two other not so great places. Had pulled chicken on a salad and a pulled chicken Sammy and both were good after hiking all day. Really good drinks as well! Miscalculation mule was 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We enjoy the atmosphere and excellent menu! Also, we loved the souvenir shirts to memorialize our time in Moab. Thank you! We will visit Spitfire Smokehouse again!

Got platter, not a lot of meat and hush puppy was dry and inedible. Ribs were funky seasoned, and I threw away the potato salad and beans. In fact, I threw the ribs, hush puppy, potato salad and beans away. Only thing good was the...pulled pork and grits that my wife ordered. $60 down the drain, a bag of pork skins and a can of beanee weenees would have been 10x better than this place.More

We tried this restaurant based on a recommendation from family. So disappointing. Basically an expensive fast food restaurant. Cocktails were small for $10 and just ok. We both ordered the two meat special. I realize barbecue is already cooked and just needs to be plated,...but everything was just lukewarm. We sampled all the varieties of their sauces and were not impressed with any. The food was served indifferently before our drinks arrived! Believe me, we are not picky eaters. We’ve been on the road for two weeks exploring the Mighty Five and this was our first disappointing meal.More

I can't remember the last time I wrote a one-star review, but here I go. My husband and I spent $60+ in this order-at-the-counter (from an extremely indifferent cashier) and clean-up-your-own-table restaurant. We had two combo bowls, two soft drinks, and split an order of...cheese fries; no alcohol, no dessert. The selection of BBQ sauces at the table was mediocre and they had no traditional red (sweet-ish) sauce. Brisket in my bowl was scant and I picked out huge chunks of fat. Same with the brisket on our fries. Sides of beans and coleslaw were marginal and (IMHO) tasteless. Incredibly disappointing.More

This was an excellent BBQ restaurant. Huge portions of the entre meat & sides were very good. Good family restaurant.

We were drawn into the Spitfire by the aromas coming from the grill. Unfortunately, it did not live up to our expectations. For $37, we got one beer, a plate with 3 proteins (ribs, sausage and brisket), and 2 sides (grits and coleslaw). The sausage...and brisket had good flavor, but were barely warm. Half the brisket was fatty. The ribs seemed like they needed another hour on the grill. The sides were good. The other frustration was the cashier who took our order. As soon as I ordered and paid, he asked why I didn't put money in the tip jar. That seemed odd.More

The rooftop area has some really nice seating and lots of cold local brews - and the gal pouring filled glasses to the top. Scott was also behind the bar and he is a fun character. The BBQ was on point and all-in-all a great...night out?More

Very casual, order at the counter, and have the food brought to you place. We're from KC, MO and are a little picky about our bbq. This place is so good. The pork was so tender with good smoke and flavor. Several sauces to try....And the sides - really good selection and really tasty! Indoor seating and huge outdoor patio with seating.More

Great NC Style BBQ with very reasonable Prices. Staff was friendly and service speedy. Attached Bar with music for those wanting a different experience. The facility is a couple blocks off Main St so the overall experience is a little more relaxed.
